Our mission at AIRIUS® LLC is to significantly reduce heating and cooling costs while improving
the comfort level inside buildings through the use of our unique patented products for Thermal
Equalization. By eliminating the thermal differential, or stratification, that naturally occurs as heat
rises in all buildings, significant energy savings are achieved. In addition, a building’s HVAC
functions are maximized. Destratification will benefit and improve any facility, and is a primary
step in energy conservation recommended by the Department of Energy. The AIRIUS System of
air destratification is more cost-effective than the alternative of using traditional and oversized
ceiling fans, or re-engineering the HVAC system. AIRIUS is the most efficient Destratification,
Thermal Equalization system available on the market today. In addition to the AIRIUS Thermal
Equalizer, the company produces an air movement product, the Photohydroionization (PHI)
AIRIUS Thermal Equalizer™, that also helps purify the air. AIRIUS LLC, along with its parent
company, Avedon Engineering, Inc., is housed in the company’s 165,000 square-foot design and
manufacturing facilities. It is here, in Longmont, Colorado, where all AIRIUS and Avedon products
are proudly made in the USA. For further information, visit www.AIRIUS.US.

addition of a reactive load. This is the only way to test a critical component to its fullest potential. Crestchic
USA sells and rents these loadbanks along with accessories. They can facilitate any rental or permanent
installation throughout North and South America along with providing turnkey installation and testing
services.

ELITEpro™ XC Portable Power Meter: ELITEpro XC is a complete solution for pinpointing electric usage
and recording building performance metrics. It is capable of measuring, storing, and analyzing electrical
consumption data which is derived from the voltage and current inputs. The ELITEpro XC uses direct
connections to each phase of the voltage and various interchangeable CT options such as split-core current
transformers, or flexible RoCoils (for large loads or large cables and bussbars) to monitor current on each
phase.
PowerScout™ 3037: The PowerScout 3037 is an all-new revenue-grade power meter from DENT

The Digital Lumens Intelligent Lighting System is setting the standard for industrial lighting
performance and efficiency in both retrofits and new facility construction. It includes smart, LEDbased fixtures – each with integrated occupancy and daylight sensing, and a microcomputer –
that are wirelessly networked to LightRules lighting management software. The System delivers
light when and where needed -- lights are on if there is someone in the area, and off or dimmed
when the area is vacant. If the fixtures detect daylight, they will automatically dim to reduce
energy use. Meanwhile, each fixture collects data about occupancy events, energy used, energy
not used (if daylight is present), and shares that information with LightRules, which provides
reports on energy costs, occupancy patterns, and more and lets facility managers fine-tune
system settings as needs or facility use changes. By distributing sensors and intelligence, the
Digital Lumens provides facility managers with unprecedented levels of lighting control. With
wireless controls, individual lights and control zones can be manipulated independently from the
building’s lighting circuitry. In addition to driving aggressive energy savings, LightRules increases
worker safety and productivity by providing tools to manually override sensors and control lights
in response to emergent operational needs.

With intense pressure to reduce energy costs, having control over how we use energy in a way
that earns money can make a big difference. EnergyConnect pays large commercial, industrial,
educational and municipal organizations a premium for temporarily reducing a portion of their
energy use through high-return Demand Response strategies.
EventConnect™ pays organizations to be on standby to temporarily reduce a portion of electrical
consumption if their local grid operator is facing reliability concerns. FlexConnect™ provides the
intelligence to decide the best time to temporarily reduce load in response to price signals from
the electricity market. When prices are high, customers can earn a significant amount of money
for voluntarily curtailing a portion of electrical load. Either way, the facility operators and energy
managers stay in control.

The EnerLume | EM™ is an energy saving device for
use with new or existing fluorescent lighting systems.
By conditioning the incoming power wave it reduces
electrical consumption with negligible lumen loss at
savings up to 15%. Greater savings, up to 30%, are
possible with some minor lumen loss. Installation is
accomplished by “splicing” the EnerLume | EM™ in
between the supply feeder and the lighting panel. The
EnerLume | EM™ conditions the power for all of the
fluorescent lights controlled by the lighting panel. It is
suitable for three phase or single phase systems. The
greatest savings are achieved when the EnerLume | EM™ is used with T8 ballasts. It is compatible with
generators.
The EnerLume | EM™ is controlled with the EnerLume | EM™ Energy Manager Software provided. This
software is compatible with the Windows® family of operating systems. The software controls each phase
independently and allows the user to program lighting changes as timed events and/or turn all lights
associated with each of the three phases on and off. For safety, the EnerLume | EM™ is UL and CUL listed.
The EnerLume | EM™ reduces consumption, maintains light levels, and offers a great ROI.

EnerNOC, Inc. is a leading developer and provider of clean and intelligent energy solutions to
commercial, institutional, and industrial customers. Our technology-enabled demand response
and energy management solutions help optimize the balance of electric supply and demand.
Demand response, the voluntary reduction of electric demand in response to grid instability or
high wholesale prices, increases grid reliability and helps keep energy prices low by reducing
demand instead of adding supply. EnerNOC’s award-winning 24/7/365 Network Operations
Center aggregates demand reduction at thousands of end-use customer sites (commercial,
institutional, and industrial businesses and organizations) to provide significant and immediate
negawatt capacity when high peak demand compromises grid stability.
Demand response alleviates grid constraints effectively, economically, efficiently, and
environmentally and defers or eliminates the need to build costly peaking power plants. EnerNOC
creates the equivalent of a new peaking power plant—with absolutely no incremental carbon
emissions—every quarter. Demand response also enables commercial, institutional, and
industrial businesses and organizations to achieve sustainable demand reductions with total
energy management. EnerNOC offers a suite of energy management services, including energy
analytics, energy procurement, and emissions tracking and trading.

BUYER’S GUIDE
Greensleeves, LLC was established in 2007 with the goal of bringing high-performance energy solutions to
the built environment. With offices in Findlay, Ohio and Zeeland, Michigan, Greensleeves provides smart
technology that saves building owners and design engineers significant time and money in designing
optimum ground-source or geothermal HVAC installations. This technology saves building owners 30-50%
in energy costs over the life time of the building, while reducing the site fossil fuel usage or CO2 discharge,
along with the initial size and cost of the borefield(s) (earth heat exchangers).
Through the application of advanced algorithms, Greensleeves has developed self-adapting software
systems that control and monitor geothermal heat pump systems that get “Smarter by the Week.” These
algorithms provide the requested comfort levels by using energy at lower demand and cost times to
precondition the environment for the desired result.
“It is our mission to significantly improve the sustainability of buildings through affordable clean energy
solutions,” said Scott Smith, Greensleeves’ President & COO. “We achieve this by diligently selecting the
right technologies and minimizing the implementation costs. Once implemented, our solutions generate a
significant reduction in building operating costs.”

HY-R Building Systems manufactures structural insulated panel systems that incorporate lightgauge steel frame construction integrated with EPS foam insulation. We manufacture exterior and
interior wall systems, floor and roof systems for commercial and residential applications.
Manufactured under controlled conditions, HY-R panels are crafted to exacting tolerances which
cannot be matched by on-site frame fabrication. Pre-formed electrical and mechanical chases
further speed construction and make life easier for subcontractors. Our design specialists work
directly from architectural plans to develop detailed production and assembly diagrams, meaning
architects and designers don’t need to do anything differently on their end. Our products are

IceCycle
IceCycle provides a new innovation in small scale thermal energy storage (TES) with products available for
businesses and individuals to do their part to save energy as well as money on utility expenses. IceCycle
captures and stores inexpensive off-peak cooling energy and uses it to provide air conditioning during
expensive peak periods. By using only five percent of the energy required by conventional air conditioning
during peak periods, IceCycle is able to reduce emissions from peaking plants that tend to be older, dirtier
facilities. The total number of power plants and transmission lines required are reduced as well. The end
result is the creation of less pollution and lower utility bills for consumers. With an increasing number of
electricity providers giving incentives and electric rates designed to encourage their customers to shift load
to off-peak or shoulder periods, IceCycle products are particularly relevant today. And, with Federal, state
and LEED incentives, the costs for the systems are substantially cut. Currently, 20 investors are backing this
emerging clean technology, with Hall Investment Group being the most recent.

businesses are doing their part to save energy as well as money on utility expenses.
IceCycle’s technology shifts up to 95 percent of air-conditioning energy to off-peak
use and cuts the electric power used by air-conditioners by up to 20 percent allowing
them run more efficiently in cooler night-time temperatures. In addition, IceCycle
enhances the use of wind and solar energy by storing surplus energy for later airconditioning use. And, its on-board smart controller can be used to shift appliances,
such as water heaters, pool pumps and vending machines, to off-peak times further
enhancing on-site demand response capacity. IceCycle systems require no interior
changes to an existing building, home or structure, making installation quick, easy and
inexpensive. IceCycle is highly efficient, cost effective, and can be installed with new
construction projects or as a retrofit to existing facilities.

Ice Kube Systems has been manufacturing
water-to-water heat pumps since 1995. We have over 10 years LEED experience w/references
and we can also contribute up to 16 points towards the LEED certification process. Low energy
consumption and low energy cost are important, as are low operating and maintenance costs.
Only when these are truly achieved does the building become economically and environmentally
sustainable. Whether your project is design/build, or a tendered project, the designer plays an
important role in the success of the project. The components that are chosen and how they are
assembled determines how well they work together. That includes not only the mechanical
system components, but the building and lighting systems. With successful operating systems in
operation across North America and overseas, Ice Kube Systems has gained valuable
experience in how the interaction between different building systems and components affect the
operation of the system.

truly unique are its design benefits – simultaneous heating/cooling,
modular design, scalable for future expansion, and off-the-shelf
components. They are built with both new installations and retrofits in
mind. All units can fit through a standard 32” door opening – and its
small footprint and space saving design are truly and asset when it
comes to mechanical room design. With sizes available from 6 ½
through 37 ½ tons, we manufacture a heat pump for most applications
within the recreational, commercial and industrial market. To further
compliment our line of heat pumps, we have a full range of product

ICETEC Energy Services has been serving industrial, commercial and institutional clients for over 10 years.
We offer a variety of services including energy procurement management, data acquisition and data
management, invoice tracking and management, carbon footprint monitoring and various
engineering/modeling and plant optimization services that assist our clients in reducing energy consumption
and cost. We are not a “typical” energy or energy procurement consultant that utilizes only historical
information to manage energy strategy. We are a technology company that prefers to integrate our data
acquisition and modeling technology into our customers control and monitoring systems. We use this
technology to understand the real time ongoing operational nature of end-user facilities and to develop
forward looking consumption profiles for all energy requirements including but not limited to electricity,
natural gas, fuel oils and large utility loads such as chilled water. Similarly, we use our technology to model
the energy markets to assess volatility. The end result is the development of a transparent and adaptive plan
that integrates all aspects of the energy market, end-user plant capabilities and risk management strategy.

SourceTEC – Energy Procurement
ICETEC’s energy procurement services typically result in 10-15% annual savings for our clients.
We incorporate a range of tactics to achieve SourceTEC program goals including supplier
contract renegotiation, tax adjustments, energy source evaluation, usage parameters, proprietary
hedging strategies, and our industry leading energy procurement technology. ICETEC frequently
finds opportunities for enhancing existing energy supplier contracts. We also ensure that tariffs and tax rates
are accurately assessed based on rate class, consumption pattern, and future use.
MasterTEC - Integrated Load Management (ISO programs)
The key to optimizing energy savings is to migrate from being a passive participant in energy programs to
becoming an active grid participant capable of leveraging multiple energy producing assets.
ICETEC’s MasterTEC program offers a totally integrated approach that maximizes market participation and
savings by integrating the new Independent System Operators (ISO) programs into dynamic real-time load
management strategies. Because today’s energy market is volatile, customers need technology to ensure
they participate in the optimal program every hour on the hour. No company can deliver more accurate
predictive technology than ICETEC and we leverage our knowledge about markets and price fluctuations to
extract every dollar possible out of today’s new ISO programs.

BUYER’S GUIDE
Founded in 1970, Litetronics manufactures and markets a wide range of dynamic lighting products, including
incandescent, halogen, fluorescent, compact fluorescent, metal halide and high pressure sodium lamps.
Continuing with its tradition of innovation, Litetronics has recently introduced Micro-Brite, a new generation
of extremely durable and efficient cold cathode fluorescent lamps. Litetronics is also pleased to feature its
newest product, the Neolite, an Energy Star qualified T2 lamp representing the next revolution in CFL
miniaturization. By using up to 75% less energy than incandescent lamps, Neolite significantly reduces the
amount of greenhouse gases released into the atmosphere. Additionally, Neolite CFLs contain only 1
milligram of mercury inside its tube compared to 4 milligrams of mercury in a standard CFL. This makes
Neolite safer for the environment when it is disposed at the end of life. Neolite fs smaller size allows it to
replace incandescents in more applications, while lasting 10,000 hours „Ÿ 5 times longer than standard
incandescents. Litetronics prides itself in developing stable, long-term relationships with original equipment
manufacturer customers and distributors. We encourage you to call Litetronics or visit our website at

Neolite
The Neolite T2 compact fluorescent lamp from Litetronics International,
Inc. is an Energy Star qualified lamp with a 10,000 hour life. Neolite is the
most efficient CFL on the market due to a newly developed premium
coating process that maximizes the reaction inside the tube and yields up to 70 lumens per watt – a 5%
increase in efficiency over standard CFLs. Because it uses up to 75% less energy than incandescent lamps,
Neolite conserves energy and significantly decreases the amount of greenhouse gas emissions released
into the atmosphere by power plants. Neolite is made to comply with RoHS – the European Rules on
Hazardous Substances – and incorporates the use of lead-free glass and solder.
Micro-Brite
Ranging from 2 to 8 watts, Micro-Brite™ cold cathode compact fluorescent lamps are a direct replacement
for incandescent lighting up to 40 watts without any loss of light output. Micro-Brite lamps have an expected
life of up to 25,000 hours and can save up to 90% in energy costs when compared to incandescent lamps.
Due to their extremely long life, Micro-Brite lamps also cut down on maintenance and replacement costs.
Micro-Brite lamps can be used indoors or outdoors in extreme heat, cold, and weather conditions. They are
also flashable and dimmable down to 5%. Micro-Brite lamps fit standard fixtures and come in a variety of
shapes and color temperatures.
