Transition Series
Gammalux Lighting Systems has long been known
for quality of design and workmanship. Legacy
products like Ovalux, Softglow, Quadrilux and the
ever-popular G-Beam Series continue to provide the
classic aesthetic desired on many projects.
With respect for Tradition and a renewed vision for
the future, Gammalux Lighting Systems introduces
the Transition Series, a group of luminaires designed
to enhance our product offering with new shapes and
energy saving options.

Housing
Select the ideal housing style for your project:
• Convex with a full-width contour
• Dovetail featuring a sharply detailed aesthetic
• Wave for a more subtle definition

End Detail
Dovetail and Wave housings offer:
• Full Profile end detail (shown at left), featuring a one-piece housing
• Slim Profile end detail (below), using a separate end cap to create a sleek
appearance at the ends.
Convex housing offers Full Profile end detail only.
Whether you prefer the single-piece aesthetic of the Full Profile end detail or the
narrow look of the Slim Profile end detail, the end cap extends 6” beyond the
cable assembly to taper the end appearance of the fixture.

Suspension
Each housing offers two suspension options:
Straight Cable

Inverted Y Cable
End View

Lower Shielding
In addition to the Solid housings shown on the previous layout, Dovetail and Wave housings can
be built with Lensed lower shielding for bi-directional illumination.
ASL
In Dovetail or Wave
The white Acrylic Satin Lens (ASL) allows consistent illumination
across the span of the lens in LED or fluorescent lamping.

Side Shielding
Each housing is available with three side shielding options:
• Solid Side Shield (opposite page)
• Full Length Side Lens (this page)
• Side Lens with Ballast / Driver Cover (this page)

Lens
When the ballast / driver can be located either
between two rows of lamps or below the
lamps, the side lens can be fully illuminated.

Cover
When the ballast / driver cannot be located either
between two rows of lamps or below the lamps,
the side lens will have a solid cover, preventing the
ballast / driver from being viewed through the lens.
