About the Contributors
Şefika Şule Erçetin graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences
Department of Business Administration at Anadolu University in 1984. In 1987 she started to work as
research assistant at the Division of Educational Administration, Supervision, Planning, and Economics
in Hacettepe University and completed the doctorate there. In 1994 she was invited to The University of
Texas at Austin, where she worked as visiting scholar for six months. Since 2003 she has been working
as professor. In 2009-2012 she directed many international and national projects about “organizational
intelligence, municipalities, vocational education,” as project coordinator. She is the head of the company
she established Ni.Su with “Quantum Performance in Project Management” project. She is the president,
management board member and founder member of the International Science Association (ISCASS).
Along with ISCASS, Prof. Dr. Şefika Şule ERÇETİN organized 3 international symposiums. She has
published more than 50 articles in both national and international journals. She has written seven national books, 10 international book chapters and edited six international books. She is editor in chief of
different national and international journals. She is one of the rare academics in Turkey who has been
interested in “chaos, complexity, quantum leadership” since 1990. She has directed many theses and she
gives seminars about these topics. Her other main research fields are organizational intelligence, stupidity
and wisdom, leadership and vision, fuzzy logic, children at risk, women and peace studies, social media.
Since December 2013 she has been the Director of Distance Education Application and Research Center
in Hacettepe University where she leads the activities of substructure, planning, program, coordination
and application for the distance education applications of graduate education, undergraduate education
and lifelong learning programs.
Santo Banerjee received his PhD in 2008 in the area of Nonlinear Dynamics and Theoretical Physics. His current area of research is Chaos theory and its various applications in the field of Engineering,
Science and Management. He has 15 authored/edited books and hundreds of international publications.
He is also an editor/board member of many international journals. Currently he is working as a research
scientist (Associate professor grade) in the Institute for Mathematical Research, University Putra Malaysia, Malaysia.

Şuay Nilhan Açikalin graduated from Bilkent University, Faculty of Economics, Administrative and
Social Sciences, Department of International Relations in 2012. Currently she is an MA degree student
in International Relations Department of Middle East Technical University. In 2007 she attended 11

th National Philosopy Olympics as contestant and she presented a paper about “Fractals” in Conference of Turkısh Mathematics Association. She has worked in many national and international projects
as member of project team project coordinator. She worked as Coordinator of International Relations
in the international company called Ni.Su. She has made Nİ.SU partner for European Summer School
“Central Europe in the EU - After the Lisbon Treaty in 2010 in Czech Republic. She is vice president and
founder member of the International Science Association. Under association, she is also contact person
of Eurodesk Turkey Multiplier. She has been abroad several times; one of them is Erasmus experience at
Denmark Aarhus University in 2011. She has some international articles, three international book parts,
one international announcement. Her main interests are European Union Studies, EU-Turkey Relations,
Leadership, Peace Studies,Chaos and Complexity.
K. Gediz Akdeniz was born in 1947 in Istanbul. He is full Professor in Theoretical Physics (since
1987) in Istanbul University, Turkey. Former President; Balkan Physical Union (1989-1997), Former
President; Turkish Physical Society (1987-1997). Former Head; Physics Department and Chairman;
High Energy Physics Division (since 1987) in Istanbul University. He has published numerous scientific
articles and popular works in quantum field theory, particle physics, cosmology, education, philosophy
and history of physics. He is also the author of three books. He was awarded the Turkish Scientific and
Technical Research Council State “junior” Prize in 1985; “Associate Member”; The Abdus Salam ICTP;
“Golden Character” International League of Humanists in 1998 and Balkan Physical Union “Honour
Member” in 1999 www.gedizakdeniz.com.
Yakup Albayrak is a medical doctor and an assistant professor of psychiatry at Namık Kemal
University Medical Faculty, Department of Psychiatry. He completed his residency at Ankara Atatürk
Education and Research Hospital in 2010. Yakup Albayrak is studying in fields of psychopharmacology,
mood disorders and psychotic disorders and published several articles about these subjects. He is also
interested in the fields of crisis and prevention intervention.
Mahmut Abdullah Arslan was born in Giresun in 1969, and graduated from the Turkish Language
and Literature Department of Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Ataturk University, in 1994. In 1996, he got
the MA degree from the Institute of Social Sciences of the same university with a thesis on the topic of
“The Life and Literary Identity of Bekir Fahri (İdiz)” within the scope of New Turkish Literary Education. He worked as a research assistant in Kazım Karabekir Faculty of Education between 1994-2002.
He got his doctoral thesis in 2012 in “the curriculums and textbooks of Turkish (excepting Turkey) and
global literatures from republic to today” within the scope of Turkish Language and Literature Education from Gazi University Institute of Educational Sciences. Working as a Turkish Language Instructor
at Erzincan University from 2007 to 2012, he now continues his profession at the same university as an
associate professor in the Department of Turkish Education, Faculty of Education.
Cemile Asker was born in Baku, Azerbaijan. Since 1992, she has been living in Turkey. She graduated from the Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences Department of the International Relations
in 2012. During her BA studies, she lived in Baltic states and Russian Federation and researched state
and nation building in post-Soviet countries. She is currently an MA student in Middle East Technical University Department of the International Relations. She is studying the energy security issues in

Caspian region. She is interested in post-Soviet studies, Baltic region studies, nation building process in
post-Soviet region, energy security in Caucasia and Turkish-Russian relations. She is a native Russian
speaker.
Haydar Ateş was born in Ankara, Turkey in 1959. He joined the military in 1973 as a cadet. He
gratuated from Army War College as Lieutenant in 1980. He served as staff officer from brigade to
general staff level. He commanded company, battalion, regiment, and brigade for about 12 years. He
worked in international and multinational organizations as commander and manager. He is the former
Head of Support, TIPH, El-Khalil/West Bank/Palestine/Israel and the former Deputy Commander of
NATO ISAF Regional Command Capital and Turkish National Contingent Commander, Kabul/Afghanistan. He also served as Liaison Officer in US Army TRADOC. His major is management, master
degree on management and organization, and Ph. D. on education management, supervising, planning,
and economics. He has 5 medals (NATO-2, US Army-1, TIPH-1, Italy-1) from international missions.
Murat Beyazyüz is psychiatrist at Ankara Gölbaşı HASVAK State Hospital, Department of Psychiatry. He completed his residency at Ankara Numune Education and Research Hospital in 2010. Dr.
Beyazyüz published articles about political psychology, psychohistory and cultural aspects of psychiatric
disorders. Besides, in collaboration with Yakup Albayrak he is studying in fields of psychopharmacology,
mood disorders and psychotic disorders and they together published some articles about these subjects.
Dr. Beyazyüz is author of Cemil Meriç’in Psikolojisi (The Psychology of Cemil Meriç) (2007), and coauthor of these books: Geçimsizler (Quarrelsomes) (2011), Gerçek İnsanın Yüzünde Yazar mı? (Is the
truth written on the face of man?) (2012) and Hasta Bedenin Ruhu (The soul of the sick body) (2013).
Ssali Muhammadi Bisaso was born on the 12th of December 1981 to Abdul and Rehemah Bisaso at
Mabindo, Sembabule, Uganda, and graduated from the Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU) with a First
Class Hons. Degree in education in 2005 and was consequently appointed Teaching Assistant at IUIU in
August, 2005 in the faculty of education, department of curriculum and instruction. He graduated with
a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction at the International Islamic University, Gombak,
Malaysia in June, 2010. He has supervised teacher trainees at school practice and research projects of
undergraduate students alongside teaching pedagogy and management laden courses. He also worked
as an education consultant with the African Education Trust (AET) and the European Union (EU) in
Somali Land and Puntland in 2011. Currently he is undertaking a PhD in Educational Management,
Supervision, Planning and Economics at Hacettepe University in Turkey.
Rahman Çakır was born in Giresun in1966. He graduated from his Primary School Teaching
program in Karadeniz Technical University (1996), completed his postgraduation program in Main
Branch of Science of Education Management, Supervision and Economy of Social Sciencess Intitution
(2000) in Atatürk University. He completed his doctor’s degree education in Main Branch of Science
of Education Management, Supervision, Planning and Economy of Social Sciences Institution (2008)
with his work named “The affect of a work related to improvement of organizational intelligence on
improvement of organizational intelligence”. As a married person he has two children and still working
for Giresun University as EU Framework Office Coordinator and Primary School Department Instructor
of Education Faculty.

Melike Faiz is a researcher scholar at Penn State University. Before this position she was a research
asistant at Gazi University in Turkey. She was born in Trabzon in 1984. She went to Merkez Primary
Education School, then Vakfikebir High School, and then Beşikdüzü Teacher High School. She has passed
Abant Izzet Baysal University. Then she recieved her master degree at the same university. Her master
thesis was about naturel disaster in specially earthquake and its effect on primary school students. During her master studies, she has worked with some schools as a teacher. Then she has worked with some
private school in Ankara. In 2010 she has passed some exams to become a research asistant. Then she
has started this position in the University of Kastamonu. Thenshe has passed for Phd research exam at
Gazi University in Ankara. After exam she has started working as a research asistant at Gazi University.
She is at thesis period at Gazi University. Her doctoral thesis topic is about political literacy.
Semra Günay Aktaş successfully completed the Bachelor’s Degree at Ankara University Faculty of
Language, History and Geography, Geography Department and continued with Master’s Degree at Ankara University Physical Geography Department and Doctoral Degree at the same university in Regional
Geography Department. During the Master’s and Doctoral studies, she worked as a geography teacher at
the Ministry of Education and a researcher teacher at Research and Development Unit of the Ministry of
Education. After completing the doctoral program, Semra GUNAY worked as an Assistant Professor at
Samsun Ondokuz Mayıs University Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Geography Department Human and
Economic Geography Department. She is stil working as an Associate Professor at Anadolu University
Earth and Space Science Research Institute in Eskisehir. She is instructing at Geography Department
of Bilecik Şeyh Edebali University as well. Health geography, tourism geography, and crime geography
are the main fields for her studies.
Halime Güngör was born on April 17, 1979 in Bursa in Turkey. She graduated from Boğaziçi University Faculty of Education Guidance and Psychological Counseling Department in 2003. Then she
received her master’s degree in Division of Educational Administration and Supervision from Sakarya
University, Turkey in May 2013. Her thesis was entitled, “ Relationship between Stigma Tendecies of
School Principals’ and Teachers’ and Organizational Culture”. She has started to attend Educational
Administration, Supervision, Planning and Economics PhD Program since September 2013, in Hacettepe
University, Turkey. She is a total quality management leader, school counselor and also managed lots
local projects on education.
Zeynep Gürel was born in 1958 in Istanbul. She is Associated Professor in Physics Education in
Marmara University, Turkey. She is a pioneer in outdoor physics, discovering it as a novel and unprecedented domain in Turkey. She is Coordinator of Research for the Physics in Nature (http://mimoza.
marmara.edu.tr/~zgurel/index.php). She is a member of the Turkish Physical Society (1987-);Turkish
Astronomical Society (2004-); Galileo Öğretmen Ağı(2011-); and Fen Eğitim ve Araştırmaları Derneği
(2010-). She has published many scientific articles in Physics Education. She is the editor of one book.
Mehmet Ali Hamedoğlu has a Ph.D. in Division of Educational Administration, Supervision, Planning and Economics. Dr Hamedoglu started his master course in 2000 and has occupied a research assistant position at the department of Educational Sciences in the Sakarya University after master thesis
he started the doctoral study at the Division of Educational Administration, Supervision, Planning and

Economics in the Hacettepe university up to 2009. After his Ph.D. he became an assistant professor at
the Sakarya University. He worked leadership at the California School of Professional Psychology Alliant International University for 4 months as a visiting professor. He has several papers, book chapters
about school management, leadership, supervision etc. He currently has several master and graduate
students in Sakarya University.
Oğuzhan Karadeniz completed primary and secondary education in Erzurum which is a city in
Turkey and completed high school education in Ankara in 2001. He graduated from Social Studies Teaching Department in Gazi University Faculty of Education in 2005. He completed his master’s degree at
the Department of Social Studies Teaching in Gazi University, Institute of Education Sciences with the
thesis named “the acquisition level of Kemalism concepts taking part in the primary school social studies course books of 4th and 5th grades”. And his doctoral thesis, he also studied on “the Social Studies
project fair” in Gazi University. Assistant Professor Dr. Oğuzhan Karadeniz worked as a Social Studies
teacher in primary school institutions between the years 2005-2012. He was appointed as an Assistant
Professor Dr. in the Department of Primary School Social Studies Teaching in Bülent Ecevit University,
Ereğli Faculty of Education in 2012. Mr. Karadeniz, who is married, has a child and knows English. Mr.
Karadeniz studies Social Studies and History education.
Beytullah Kaya completed primary, secondary and high school education in Gümüşhane which is
a city in Turkey. Mr. Kaya graduated from the Department of History Teaching in Karadeniz Technical
University, Fatih Faculty of Education in 1999. In 2003, he completed his master’s degree in the Department of History Teaching in Karadeniz Technical University Fatih Faculty of Education with the thesis
named “the Level Realization of the Objectives of the High School History Programs”. For his doctoral
studies, he completed the thesis named “the impact to historical learning of Turkish Republic Revolution
History and Kemalism Course created according to Constructivist Approach, An Action Research” in
Marmara University. Asst. Dr. Beytullah Kaya worked as a teacher in primary school institutions between
the years 2001-2013. He was appointed as an Assistant Professor Dr. in the Department of Social Studies
Teaching in Bülent Ecevit University, Ereğli Faculty of Education. Mr Kaya is married and has a child
and he knows English. Mr Kaya studies Social Studies and History education.
Emir Kaya is Assistant Professor of Philosophy and Sociology of Law at Yıldırım Beyazıt University in Ankara and rapporteur-judge at the Constitutional Court of Turkey since 2012. Dr. Kaya holds
degrees from the School of Oriental and African Studies – University of London, Harvard University
and Indiana University-Bloomington. His main research interests are moral and philosophical foundations of law, law and politics, governmental bodies, legal culture, and religion and state. Recently he
has published a series of articles in Turkish on the interrelation between Turkish law and culture. Dr.
Kaya has taught courses on legal psychology, law and society, and world legal systems, and worked in
academic and judicial units of the Constitutional Court.
Gorkem Kaya graduated from Bilkent University, Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social
Sciences Department of Economics in 2012. Afterwards, he got an MSc in Finance and Investment from
Aston Business School, UK. He is interested in financial econometrics especially volatility forecasting.

Esen Arzu Kayman graduated from the Department of English Language Teaching at Gazi University, Gazi Faculty of Education in 1999. She has been teaching English since then in State Schools. She
completed her master’s degree in 2008 at Division of Educational Supervision, Planning and Economics
at Hacettepe University. She has been at the same division and university as a PhD candidate and studying on her thesis nowadays. She has some academic articles in national and international journals. Her
interests are Quantum Leadership, Chaos and Complexity, Educational Leadership, Intelligent Complex
Adaptive Sytems.
Tuğba Küçüktamer was born in Kadirli in 28th of November 1986. She graduated from Faculty
of Communication department of Near East University and completed her postgraduation program
in Human Resources Management Science Department of Ufuk University. Being in the stage thesis
writing in Education Programs and Teaching doctor’s degree in Near East University which she started
in 2011, Tuğba Küçüktamer has been teaching in Faculty of Education in Near East University since
September, 2011. Tuğba Küçüktamer’s foreign language is English, and she has attended many National
and International scientific meetings.
İlknur Maya graduated from the Elementary School Teaching Department of Dokuz Eylul University in 1996. The researcher completed the post-graduate education in the Educational Management
and Supervision Department of the Institute of Educational Sciences of the same University. In 2008,
she graduated from the Educational Management, Supervision, Planning and Economy Department of
the Institute of Educational Sciences of Hacettepe University, and was granted the title of Doctor. She
is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Sciences at Canakkale Onsekiz
Mart University. Maya started her career as a teacher. In 2010 she wrote a book about risk management
in educational organizations which was published in Turkey. Her main fields of interests are risk, risk
management and educational organizations, education systems of EU countries, women, leadership and
change, values and educational organizations and sex inequality in educational organizational. In 2012,
Maya wrote a section called “Women, Leadership and Change” in “Discussions About Leadership in
Different Fields” Book, which was published in the United States. She has published several articles
in many scientific journals about risk management, crisis management, educational organizations and
entrepreneurship, education systems of EU countries, women and leadership.
Nilay Neyişci graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of Sociology in 2004.
She is now working as research assistant at Hacettepe University, Faculty of Education, Department
of Educational Administration, Supervision, Planning and Economics. She had completed her master
education at the same department with the Master Thesis “The Level of The Trained School Principals’
Fulfillment of Uncertainty Behaviors within the Strengthening Vocational Education and Training (SVET)
System”. She is continuing her PhD thesis about social networks and organizational learning. She has
written two international book chapters and three international articles. She is working and interested
in organizational learning, leadership, uncertainty avoidance, culture and social networks.
Maria Orlova was born in 1955 in Leningrad in a family of servicemen. In 1966 she moved to Saratov,
in connection with the appointment of the father to work in the Military-medical Department of Saratov
medical Institute. In 1977 she graduated from Saratov state University, majoring in psychology. Since

1976, she worked at the Department of Hospital Therapy of the Saratov medical Institute, laboratory assistant, then as a Junior researcher. In 1983 she defended Ph.D. thesis on the theme: «formation Conditions
of changes in the personality of patients with chronic lung diseases» in Moscow state University. Since
1983 she worked as a Junior scientific associate in the scientific laboratory of the research Institute of
Cardiology, Saratov. Since 1985 worked at the Saratov state University (Department of Psychology). In
1986 she moved to the position of head of the Department «Valeology and socio-psychological problems
of education» in Saratov Institute for teacher retraining, continuing combined with work at Saratov state
University as an assistant Professor. Orlova retired from the Institute in 2001 in connection with reorganization and returned to the Saratov state University. She combined teaching with practical counselling
in family planning and reproduction Centre. During the professional activity, she published more than
100 scientific works, including 7 textbooks, two monographs, one author’s monograph.
Mehmet Özbaş is currently an Assoc. Prof. at Erzincan University, Erzincan, Turkey. Being graduated
from the Department of Primary School Teachers’ Education, he worked as a primary school teacher for
20 years. He holds a BA in Educational Administration and Supervision from Hacettepe University, and
MA in Educational Administration, Supervision and Economy from Hacettepe University, and a PhD
in Educational Administration, Supervision and Economy from Hacettepe University, Ankara, Turkey.
His main research interests are Supervision of Intra-Class Activities in Elementary Education Schools,
Parent-Teacher Relationships, the Reasons for Student Absenteeism, Teaching Process Depending upon
Multiple Intelligence Theory, Disadvantageous Students and their Educational Needs, Teaching Leadership, Supervision in Educational System, Equality of Opportunity and Possibility in Education, Social
Justice in Education, the variables that affect the Schooling Process of Female Students, Poor Families
and their Educational Needs, Evaluation of the Performance of School Managers in terms of the conformity with the Educational Administration Scientific Area Professional Acceptance Criteria, Teacher

Nedim Özdemir graduated from Ondokuz Mayıs University, Faculty of Education in 2003. He is
now working as deputy head in Altındağ Guidance and Research Center. He had his master degree at the
Hacettepe University Division of Educational Administration, Supervision, Planning and Economics in
2011. He has interested in student achievement, principals and chaos theory and also he continues her
PhD thesis about principals and student achievement. He has managed a Long Life Learning project
within the context of Comenius. He speaks Turkish and English.
İbrahim Özkan graduated from Middle East Technical University Department of Electrical and
Electronic Engineering in 1987. He obtained a Ph.D. degree in Economics from Hacettepe University
in 2003. He studied Fuzzy Logic and Currency Crises at Knowledge and Intelligence System, KIS, Lab
at the University of Toronto under BurhanTurksen`s supervision during his dissertation study. He visited
KIS lab and worked with Dr. Turksen about Fuzzy System Theory several times. His research interest
includes, Fuzzy System Modelling, Econometrics, Finance, and Decision Sciences.
Aleksei Ponukalin is Associate Professor of the Department of General and social psychology, and
Deputy Dean for research of the faculty of psychology of Saratov State University, N.G. Chernyshevsky.

He was born October 3, 1969 in the city of Saratov, and graduated from physical faculty of SSU with a
degree of physicist-optician. He worked as the Manager of supply Department at the enterprise the electric
power industry, and at the same time received a second profession of psychologist. In 2004 defended his
PhD thesis in sociology of management «Strategy of social development management of atomic energy».
Developed a set of methodological tools for assessing the socio - psychological status of a student of
a technical University, and also technology of the psi-training with the use of biofeedback. During the
last years he has developed the problem of social psychology innovative potential of the personality of
the Director, in the framework of the United Russia party projects «Personnel reserve - professional
team of the country», «Factory of thought», «national innovation system of Russia». The author of the
concepts of «Social psychology of innovation», «Innovative policy at the University», «Sociology of
innovation society», and others.
Nihan Potas graduated from Başkent University, Department of Statistics and Computer Sciences
in 2005. She has been working as research assistant at Gazi University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Healthcare Management. She had completed her master education
at Gazi University Department of Statistics, Faculty of Science. Since then she was doing her doctorate
education in Ankara University Department of Statistics, Faculty of Science. She was enrolled Tubitak’s
international doctoral research fellowship programme. Due to her fellowship and doctoral research, she is
now a research scholar at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in the department of Biostatistics.
She has worked in many national and international projects as member of project team and expert of
statistic. She is now working as Research and Development Coordinator in the international company
called Ni.Su. She is in the management board and founder member board of the International Science
Association. She has written one national and three international book chapters. She has one personal
book called Testing the Equality of Coefficients of Variation and Comparisons. Her main interests are
non-parametric statistics, categorical data analysis, survival analysis and statistical applications in social
science.
Sebahat Sağlık Odabaş was born in 1986 in Ankara. She is a physics teacher (since 2010) in
Değirmenköy İmkb High school in Istanbul in Turkey. She graduated in 2010 from the department of
physics teaching Hacettepe University. She finished her masters program in High Energy Physics Division in Istanbul University. She is still working as a physics teacher in Değirmenköy İmkb High school.
Selçuk Turan graduated from Gazi University, Faculty of Education in 2003. He is now working as
an English teacher at a Trade Vocational High School. He received his master degree at the Hacettepe
University Division of Educational Administration, Supervision, Planning and Economics in 2011. He is
interested in team management, organizational intellegence, leadership and chaos theory. He continues
his PhD at present.
İ. Burhan Türkşen graduated from the Department of Industrial Engineering, University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in 1960. He obtained his Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations
Research in 1962, and obtained his Ph. D. degree in Operations Research and Systems Management in
1969. He was appointed as Assistant Prof in 1970, and became Associate Prof in 1974 and received his
Full Professorship in 1982 all in Industrial Engineering Department at the University of Toronto, Toronto,

Ontario, Canada. He has established KIS, Knowledge Intelligence Systems Lab in 1982. His research
interests centre on the foundations of fuzzy sets and logics, measurement of membership functions with
experts, extraction of membership functions with fuzzy clustering and fuzzy system modeling. His
contributions include, in particular, Type 2 fuzzy knowledge representation and reasoning, fuzzy truth
tables, fuzzy normal forms, T-formalism which is a modified and restricted Dempster’s multi-valued
mapping, and system modeling applications for intelligent manufacturing and processes, as well as for
management decision support and intelligent control.
Mahamadou Yahaya graduated from the Faculty of Literature and Arabic Language, Department
of Literature And Arabic Language in 2008 and in High School Master Training Program 2009, at the
University of Say (Niger).The Master degree in Second Language Teaching (option:Arabic), Institute of
Education at Gazi University (Turkey). 2013.2013-2014, PhD candidate at Department of Educational
Administration, Supervision, Planning, and Economy,in Hacettepe University (Turkey). He speaks
French, Turkish and Arabic.
Ahmet Yirmibes graduated from Anadolu University, English Language Teaching Department,
Faculty of Education in 2003. He is currently working as an English Teacher and international projects
coordinator at Caycuma Nihat Kantarci Anatolian High School. He is doing his Master’s Degree at
Hacettepe University Division of Educational Administration Supervision Planning and Economics. He
has managed two EU Lifelong Learning Comenius Multilateral Projects as the general coordinator. He
is a member of International Science Association and also member of International Science Association
Auditory Board. He had responsibilities for organizing international seminars and courses. He is interested
in project management, project leadership, international partnerships, youth work, development of education, distance education, adult education, leadership and chaos theory. He speaks English and French.
