This 3 hour instructor‐led course provides participants an introduction to
building targeted nurture campaigns. Specifically, this course provides an
overview of the customer journey and illustrates how targeted communications
can accelerate conversion through the buying stages. Learn how to build field
merges, signatures and dynamic content and incorporate these elements into
your content. This class is focused on building a targeted Welcome Campaign for
net new contacts added to the database.
TARGET AUDIENCE
This class is intended for students who previously taken Eloqua 10 Fundamentals
and Eloqua 10 Multi Touch Campaigns. Students in this class are basic or
advanced marketing users responsible for deploying creative, targeted email
campaigns.
