Abstract - This research aware regarding to an inequitable problem of senior and junior
knowledge worker which have a difference accessing to knowledge that is shared in their
organizations. This causes a problem created an effected problem concerning to
dissatisfaction on traditional knowledge sharing system. Therefore, this research pick
up web-based application concept in order to resolve that problem by reduce a duplicate
data and facilitation a data accessing. E-Thesis searching application of North-Chiang
Mai University is used for experiment this research model in order to approve the
satisfaction on target respondent who uses this system. This model can be used for guide
an organization where manages a knowledge sharing according with good governance
concept later.
