Within the framework of the BMBF joint project NOAH, numerous data are collected, processed, evaluated, or handled in other ways by the project partners. The public have free access to these map, model and measurement data.
The originator of the materials and the respective project partner of the BMBF project
NOAH are identified on the respective documents / data. They are responsible for the respective content.
The HZG, as project coordinator of the BMBF joint project NOAH, configures the data of the different project partners for the NOAH project.
No liability or guarantee is assumed with regard to the suitability of the data for a specific application, their timeliness, correctness, completeness and quality or their availability at any time.

NOAH are not liable for damage caused by the use or non-use of the information provided. There shall also be no liability for any damage caused by computer viruses when accessing or downloading data or when installing or using software.

The user acknowledges the following data and agrees to the following guidelines:

The rights to the data belong to the originators or the project partners (see identification). No transfer of rights takes place with the granting of the possibility of use.

The use of data, maps and materials provided within the framework of the
BMBF project NOAH is free under appropriate statements of authorship and permission, provided that no commercial use takes place.
•
The principles of "good scientific practice" must be observed.
•
In particular, the naming of sources and adherence to the quotation requirement are to be observed in accordance with the guidelines. This applies to all content, regardless of the file format and use.
•
No amendment is permitted to data or materials provided.
•
If the data provided by NOAH are an integral part of a publication, a coauthorship shall be offered to the originator.
•
