Site Council Agenda For Tuesday, November 12, 2009
At the crisp hour of 7:00 A.M. we will:
1. Have each action committee report out on their initial meeting, and present their
list of action items (a rough draft).
2. Where do we go from here? Defining our next homework assignment.
3. A site visit to Franklin High School’s Site Council: a few items we could work
on. (Noah)
4. Check-In on where our PLC’s are.
5. Other business
Norms Agreed On By Group:
1. Start-stop meetings on time.
2. Allow discussion and adequate reflection time.
3. Stay focused on topics relevant to site council.
4. Honor divergent opinions.
5. Save time to propose future agenda items.
6. Provide a week’s notice if meetings are changed or cancelled.
