Our trimless downlights install flush to the
ceiling to create a neat seamless appearance.
The installation of our die cast aluminum
trimless mud kits is easy. After the kit is
installed, mudded and painted the fitting of
the downlight mechanism is carried out with
simple push up ball catches.
1. Install tray or housing to ceiling
joists with adjusting hanging bars.
2. Mount drywall to walls and ceiling.
3. Fit mud in kit to underside of drywall with
countersunk drywall screws provided.
4. Skim plaster to the edge of the raised lip
and decorate.
5. Install downlight mechanism into installed
mud in kit.

Housings
Lucent Lighting Inc. ProSpex fixture housings available in NIC, IC and
AT options, with code specific product (Title 24, Chicago Plenum, Local
3) available on request. Rigidly constructed design using folded 20 gauge
galvanized steel finished in matte black. Locking rotational and lateral
adjustment plates to ensure perfect alignment and also with built in laser
sights. All connections, driver, ballast or transformer accessible from below.
Easy to install either by means of our adjustable bar hangers, butterfly or
straight brackets.
