BOARD OF EDUCATION – SADDLE RIVER, NEW JERSEY
REQUEST FOR FILLING OF BOARD MEMBER VACANCY
The Saddle River Board of Education hereby advertises for qualified candidates to apply
for the immediate filling of a Board Member vacancy.
Those interested in being appointed to the board must send their resume and/or letter
of interest to be received by the board secretary on or before noon on March 9, 2015.
Once resumes are collected, selected candidates will be invited to give a presentation to
the Board at a special meeting on a date to be announced.
Candidates must be a United States citizen and have at least one year of residency in
Saddle River. They must also be at least 18 years old, a registered voter in the district,
not be a disqualified voter and must not "have interest in a contract with, or claim
against, the board," according to a statement by the district.
