EZA Series: Isolated Type Bidirectional DC-DC Converter with
2.5kW Output Power and 94% Efficiency
This isolated DC-DC converter can do power conversion in both directions. Serial communication can be
used to implement voltage and current control.
The conversion direction can be switched externally, and autonomous operation is also possible.
Features
• Digitally optimized control realizes conversion efficiency of 94% or better in both directions.
• Autonomous operation allows automatic switching of conversion direction to keep input voltage or output voltage constant.
• Fast conversion direction switching without stopping operation minimizes bus voltage fluctuations.
• Input/output isolation enhances safety and facilitates noise countermeasures.
• Serial interface (RS485) allows control of current, voltage, and conversion direction, as well as status monitoring.
