instruct a pre choreographed routine, instruct a pre
choreographed routine, perform a pre choreographed routine,

Explanatory notes
1. All activities must be consistent with the Health and Safety in Employment Act
1992.
2.Definitions
Choreography refers to how a series of exercises are performed and linked together
to create an exercise routine.
Pre choreographed routine refers to a series of exercises performed to music created
by somebody else.
CRC - connect, recommend, commend.
3.The candidate must be assessed instructing a class of at least five participants.
