Mr. Yasser hold a vast experience for more then 10 years in Architectural Concept Design, Design

Developments and mixed used buildings.
Below some of the projects that Centroid been involved were our responsibility varied from Master

Dead Sea Resort – Jordan (2010)
Highly luxurious toursitic resort by the dead sea on a land plot
area of 39,000m2.
The design intent was to fully utilize the land plot constraints
(Contour, Flood Path) , yet maximize the viewable range of the
Hotel rooms and resident Units, with full integration of all Resort
Facilities with the Landscape

Hotel and Business Park – Egypt (2010)
5 Stars Hotel integrated back to back with a Business Park of 5
buildings on a land plot of 18,000m2 in a prime location close to
Cairo International Airport.
The approach was to design a 200 room hotel (G+5), backed with
Multipurpose Hall, Health Care Center, in addition to Business
Park Fingers (G+3) attached back to back to the main hotel
building, and 3 underground stories parking space for 2000 cars.

The project, located at Bernaw, Libya is 200 hectares in area, and
hosting 1600 land parcels with average areas 500 m2 each,
