HOUSING: One-piece die-formed 14-gauge prime grade cold rolled steel material. Corners continuously seam welded and smooth with no post grinding (TIG). Clamshell housing resistant to penetration and contraband concealment.
BASEPLATE: 14-gauge die-formed cold rolled steel. Die-formed blade trap (1/4" minimum) prevents contraband concealment and access. Embossed standoffs prevent distortion.
LENS: Inner panel .125" prismatic acrylic inner panel with .375" clear polycarbonate outer panel.
LENS RETENTION: Vertically adjustable continuous “Z” brackets – prime grade material. Secured to housing via thru-studs.
HINGE: Completely concealed drop-slot piano type hinge (1/2" knuckle/1/8" diameter pin). Pin secured to knuckle. Hinge welded to housing and mounts to either side of baseplate via keyholes.
FASTENERS: Torx ® Head with center pin reject. Fully recessed.
FINISH: TGIC polyester powder coat – 5-stage pre-treatment. Salt spray test: 1,000 hours; Reflectance: 92%.
LAMPS: F32T8 lamps supplied by others.
BALLAST: Quantity as specified – see ordering information. All ballasts UL listed class P.
LUMINOUS SEAL: Polyurethane foam prevents light leaks from luminaire base.
NIGHT LIGHT: 5/7/9 watt twin tube normal power factor night light with matching fixture voltage. Lamps supplied by others.
LISTINGS: UL and CUL listed for damp locations.
