EPIC Anglux MR/4 is a 4” aperture accent light suitable for insulation contact
(IC) and certified airtight under ASTM E283. The fixture is designed for
12-volt MR-16 lamps (50-watt maximum). The integral electronic 120-volt
transformer delivers 11.8 volts, to lengthen lamp life. A Solite prismatic
lens is included. Conical reflector minimizes aperture brightness. Fixture
has a 0–45° angular lamp adjustment with a 362° horizontal rotation.
Recess depth is 10”.
The fixture provides easy one-finger adjustment of both tilt and rotation
after lamping. Once focused, the adjustment can be locked in place by
means of two very accessible thumb screws.
EPIC Anglux MR/4 accepts one or two of a number of Optical Accessories
including lenses, color filters and a UV filter.
Requires ceiling opening of 4 15/16” (125mm) for Overlap or Flush Detail.
Requires ceiling opening of 5 3/16” (132mm) for Trim Flush Detail.
Reflectors are available in three clear natural aluminum finishes –– semispecular (C), slightly diffuse (V) or fully diffuse (EC) –– as well as champagne
gold or black Alzak®. Other reflector finishes are available on special
order. A LightPlate™ Accent Slot decorative trim may be ordered instead
