Snubber (No Filter)
These prolong the life of pressure
instruments by reducing the damaging
effects of pulsation. They are typically used
with pumps, compressors, hydraulic
presses, or fluid power applications and
are CRN registered. When adjusting the
valve, do not adjust more than two
turns from the closed position as
leakage will occur. Maximum 6,000 psi
(1/2" stainless is 10,000 psi) and
temperature range is -40°C (-40°F) to
+120°C (+248°F).

Filters, Regulators & Lubricators
This filter is designed to remove solids and moisture from soft tube lines such as
polyethylene, nylon, 95A polyurethane, brass & copper lines (not designed for hard
tubing). It is a 3-piece design that can be separated to remove build-up from the filter
element. The body is clear PET (polyethylene terephthalate) to allow for visual inspection,
it has a nitrile o-ring and nylon filter element in 10, 48 & 250 micron or polyester element
in 65 micron.
These are used in high pressure systems
and have a 25 micron bronze element. Maximum pressure 3000 psi & temperature
range is +35°F to 200°F. Viton seals (use
V for a suffix) also available for higher temperatures up to 400°F.

Regulators*
These regulators are used in compressed air tool systems only (NOT water) to maintain
a nearly constant outlet pressure despite changes in inlet pressure. They are not meant
for "precision" instrumentation. Excessive air pressures can cause excess torque,
force, wear, and wasted compressor air. The maximum inlet pressure is 225 psi (150 psi
on the mini N3100) and the temperature range is +400F (+50C) to 1400F (600C). Gauges
and standard L-mounting brackets are included.

Micro-Fog Lubricators*
Our micro-fog lubricators are designed to inject a finely divided "fog" of oil into the air
stream to lubricate moving parts, such as cylinders, valves, and air motors. A simple,
knob type, oil-feed control with an integral sight-feed dome permits fine adjustment of oilfeed rate to provide proper lubrication. The mini size with clear bowl is recommended for
150 psi and the larger sizes are 225 psi. Temperature range is +400F (+50C) to 1400F
(600C). Lubricators are designed to supply one tool at a time and they cannot be filled
when line is under pressure. Standard L-mounting brackets are included.

Our semi-auto drain (manual switch when pressure is off) filters are designed for
compressed air systems only (not designed for air breathing applications). They are
designed to protect air tools and equipment by removing most liquid, vapour, oil aerosols,
and solid particles (5 micron). Filters should be placed in the main line immediately after
the compressor, as well as within 20ft of the equipment it will protect. Clear bowls are
made from polycarbonate and are rated for a maximum 150 psi inlet pressure (max output
140 psi) and metal bowls for 225 psi inlet (max output 145 psi). Temperature range is
+400F (+50C) to 1400F (600C). Standard L-mounting brackets are included.

Coalescing Filters - Automatic Drain
Our coalescing filters are specifically designed to remove very fine particles from air
lines (i.e. .01 micron). They are typically placed before pneumatic gauging equipment,
blow guns, cleaning electronics, paint spraying, or for air bearings. The filter element
maintains its high oil removal efficiency even if it is saturated in oil. It is recommended that
a standard filter (ie. N30xx above) be installed upstream to remove particles and most
water. Clear bowls (polycarbonate) are recommended for 150 psi and 1250F (520C) and
metal bowls for 250 psi and 1750F (790C).

Mini In-Line Desiccant Air Dryer
This is a disposable dryer used directly upstream of blow
guns or paint spray guns as final protection of critical parts
blow off and paint spraying. It removes traces of water vapour, oil mist, and foreign particles. It contains a 40 micron,
porous bronze element and desiccant beads to absorb water
vapour. The sight indicator shows desiccant colour change,
which indicates when the beads (9ml) need to be replaced.
Max 125 psi, 15 SCFM, operating temperature +35 °F to 130°F.

These remove 99.9% moisture and deliver extremely dry compressed air. For best results, they must be used in conjunction
with filters to prevent any materials or oil from entering the
chamber (filter to be immediately ahead of the dryer). When the
desiccant has changed from dark blue to a pink colour (between 5-20 hours), the beads must be replaced or possibly
regenerated in a drying oven at 275°F until it turns dark blue
again. The 3/8" body (125 ml) is rated for a maximum 150 psi
(105scfm) and the 1/2" body for a maximum 250-300 psi.
