SECURING OF NEW CONTRACT
The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of China Great Land Holdings Ltd. (the “Company”) is pleased
to announce that Hainan Pearl River Foundation Engineering Co., Ltd. (“HPFRE”), a subsidiary of the
Company, has secured a contract amounting to approximately RMB1,500,000 by Jiujiang City No.1
Construction Company for the supply of pre-stressed high strength concrete piles as well as the
related engineering services for the Haishang Mingzhu project located in Haipo District, Sanya City,
Hainan Province, People’s Republic of China.
