DISCLAIMER, INDEMNITY AND EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
(for participants of the 2016 Team Dimension Data Coffee Ride)

passport number ___________________________ hereby acknowledge, agree and undertake that:
1. I will be participating in the 2016 Team Dimension Data Coffee Ride Cycling Experience on
15 January 2016 in Adelaide, Australia (the “Experience”);
2. The Experience may include, but may not be limited to the following:
2.1.
participation in cycling sessions, cycling rides and cycling related activities on public roads;
normally occupied by motor vehicles both private and commercial, motor cyclists and other
cyclists; and
2.2.
observing and spectating the cycling sessions, rides and other activities offered during the
Experience from public places, notably on the side of public roads, grandstands which may be
temporary and/or permanent and other vantage points occupied by large numbers of other
spectators;
3. I am aware that cycling involves the possibility of injury and/or death and I fully understand that all
activities and/or transportation undertaken during or in connection with the Experience are
participated in voluntarily and at my own risk and I personally assume the responsibility associated
with these risks;
4. I am in good health and there is nothing which renders me unable or unfit to participate in the
Experience;
5. I will remove myself from participation in the Experience if I sense or observe any unusual hazard or
unsafe condition, or if, at any time during the Experience, I feel unable or unfit to continue for any
reason;
6. I consent to receive and agree to pay for any medical treatment (including transport by ambulance)
which is considered in the reasonable opinion of the Experience medical officials to be advisable,
before, during or after the Experience;
7. I will adhere to all rules and conditions of the Experience; will follow the approved cycling course of
the Experience, observe all normal traffic rules; and obey all directions and instructions given during
the Experience;
8. while Dimension Data Management Services (Proprietary) Limited and/or any of its holding
companies, affiliates and subsidiaries (“Dimension Data”) will endeavour to take all reasonable
precautions to ensure my safety and well-being during the Experience, Dimension Data and their
respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, suppliers, contractors, sub-contractors
and/or agents whether employed or contracted and/or any providers of the activities and/or
transportation services (collectively referred to as "the indemnified parties") cannot and do not
assume responsibility or liability for any actual or contingent loss, liability, expenses, damage, costs

or claims of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising from or incurred as a result of my participation
in the Experience;
9. the indemnified parties shall not be liable for all or any claims, damages, loss, costs, liability or
expenses (direct or indirect, consequential or otherwise, patrimonial or non-patrimonial) including but
not limited to, any injury, disease, death, theft or loss of property which I and/or my dependents and/or
any third party that may assume responsibility for my care may suffer or incur from any cause
whatsoever arising (including, without limitation, any negligent act or omission) in connection with or
related to the Experience, including but not limited to, all transportation and participation in any and
all activates, whether or not arranged or provided by the indemnified parties;
10. I hereby unconditionally and irrevocably indemnify and hold the indemnified parties harmless against
all and any claims, damages, loss, costs, liability or expenses of whatsoever nature arising from or
incurred as a result of Experience and/or the acts or omissions of any indemnified party, howsoever
arising, whether in contract, delict or otherwise.
I have read, understood and accept this disclaimer, indemnity and exclusion of liability and am signing
this disclaimer, indemnity and exclusion of liability voluntarily. I am aware that by signing this disclaimer,
indemnity and exclusion of liability I am waiving legal rights which I and/or my dependents and/or any
third party that may assume responsibility for my care may have against the indemnified parties.
