• At a nine clinic group, HSi lead a major Accounts Receivable
(AR) reduction and revenue cycle optimization initiative, including
a strategic assessment, system and process optimization, training
and reporting. The three-phase engagement resulted in a decrease
of over 81% of annual AR balance and a reduction in AR days from
120 to 34 days in two years.
• A community hospital trusted HSi to optimize clinical processes
and EHR functionality, resulting in an increase of CPOE utilization
to 97% and an improvement in patient engagement via the
patient portal from 0.2% to 51%.
