Changes in the Management Board of Grupa ADV S.A.
The Management Board of Grupa ADV S.A. hereby informs that on 14 November 2011 at the meeting of the Supervisory
Board Mr. Rafał Dziedzic submitted his resignation from the function of the President of the Management Board; the
resignation was accepted.
In relation to the above, on 14 November 2011 the Supervisory Board adopted a resolution on appointing Konrad
Pankiewicz as the President of the Management Board of Grupa ADV S.A.
Konrad Pankiewicz’s curriculum vitae
Konrad Pankiewicz is a graduate of Wrocław University of Economics, Faculty of Management and Computer Science. From
12 years he has been working in the field of sales and marketing. He is a lecturer at Marketing Communication Academy,
member of the International Advertising Association in Poland and founder of Grupa ADV. He is responsible for strategy,
sales, business development and relations with the media and institutional and individual investors. Konrad Pankiewicz is
responsible for all the acquisitions and new businesses (subsidiaries) accumulated within Grupa ADV.
From the very beginning he has been actively performing sales functions. He has worked for the following
companies/brands: AVON, BRE Bank, BZWB, Canon, DnB NORD, GETIN Bank, LUKAS Bank, Liberty Direct, Mastercook,
Nestle, Orange, Procter&Gamble, Pernod Ricard, Philip Morris Polska, Tesco Polska, Tchibo, TP SA and others.
With a team of excellent experts, he participated in creating marketing and sales strategies which won numerous prizes at
direct marketing competitions (Boomerang, Webstarfestival, Web Marketing Association, Golden Arrow). He has published
his texts in Home&Market, Marketing w Praktyce, Salesman and others. He is the author of two books: “Alchemia
Sprzedaży” (OnePress, 2007) and “Sympatyczna Perswazja” (OnePress, 2008) and co-author of “e-marketing w akcji”
(OnePress, 2008).
Konrad Pankiewicz is a member of the management board of Xantus SA and member of the supervisory board of
Codemedia SA, Iweii.com SA, SMT Software S.A. and AdvFinance sp. z o.o., having 4 years’ experience related to capital
markets. He was directly responsible for the debut of Adv.pl SA at the NewConnect market and transition of Grupa ADV S.A.
to Warsaw Stock Exchange. Under his supervision, Grupa ADV S.A. performed public offering of SMT Software S.A. and
Codemedia S.A.
He is not included in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
