What is EXIN Anywhere – Exams Online?
With EXIN Anywhere – Exams Online you can take your ITIL® exam at a time and place convenient to
you. Do you prefer your kitchen table, home desk or your office work space? Day or night? It is up to you!
It’s Simple – just book your exam and then it’s ready for you to take within 15 minutes. Not ready to take
the exam when you book? Your booked exam will stay active for up to 21days.
It’s Secure – before you take your exam, EXIN Anywhere will test your machine to make sure it meets their
requirements. This includes having a webcam so the exam can be proctored.
What should you do to take an Exam Online?
1.Book and pay your exam
Booking Exams Online starts with selecting the EXIN exam at the level of your choice. If you received an EXIN
Exam Voucher or code from Global knowledge you can only book the exam that was ordered by the EXIN
partner. Once you have booked your exam, the exam will be available for you during a 21 day period. It is your
choice; you can start directly after booking or take some days to prepare yourself.
2. Test your computer configuration
The booking will be confirmed by email. The email contains a code and link to start EXIN Anywhere – Exams
Online at any time you prefer during the Availability Period. At first you will have to pass the test of your
computer configuration to make sure everything is set to go.
3. Meet the requirements
Apart from testing your computer configuration, you will also have to comply to more examination related
requirements for taking an Exam Online, these are a looking at the screen, having a microphone and a
webcam. These requirements will be reviewed by the proctors and non-conformities could eventually lead to
an invalid exam if not met.
4. Confirm your details and have Photo ID and Confirmation email at hand
Once all requirements are met, you can take the exam in the secure, proctored environment. All you need is
your Photo/ID and confirmation email containing the link and code.

5. Start your video proctored exam
The exam will be taken in the Remote Proctor Now software of Software Secure Inc. (SSI). To allow the webcam
and audio to record during the exam you have to install a piece of software that monitors your activities,
communicates with the SSI server, detects desktop sharing software and disables print screen functionality
Cost
The price of this solution is £25 + your normal exam voucher.
