‫ار ِم َن الربُعر ِدى‬
‫َس ََل ٌم ع َ ٰىل ََ رْ يُ َز ُى‬
‫َس ََل ٌم ع َ َل اىل َر رو َض رة َوفِيرهَا ُىم َح َمدى‬
‫ى‬
Peace be upon the grave that is visited from afar.
Peace be upon the Garden in which lies Muhammad‫ىﷺ‬.
‫َس ََل ٌم ع َ ٰىل َم رن زَ َار ِِف الَي ر ِل َربَ ُىهىىىىىىىىفَبَلَغ َ ُه ال ر َم رر ُغ رو َب ِِف ر كُ ِل َم رق َصدى‬
Peace be upon him who in the night visited his Lord.
Who granted him fulfilment of all of his desires.

‫اّلل اََ ر َ ُم َح َمدى‬
‫اَ َر ُس رو َُ ٰ ِى‬
‫ق‬
‫ف‬
‫ىىىىىىى‬
‫ا‬
ََ
‫ا‬
‫ن‬
ِّ َّ‫ل‬
‫اَ ل‬
َ
َ
َ
َ
َ ََ ‫َس ََل ٌم ع َ ٰىل َم رن‬
‫َر‬
Peace be upon him who asked a lizard, “Who am I?”
And it replied, “The Messenger of Allah. You are Muhammad‫ىﷺ‬.”
‫َس ََل ٌم ع َ َل ال ر َم رد ُف رو ِن ِِف ر ا رَر ِض َطيرب َ َىةىىىىىىى َو َم رن َخ َص ُه ال َر رح ٰىم ُن بِال ر َف رَّ ِل َوال ر َم رج ِدى‬
Peace be upon him who is buried in blessed earth (Madina)
And whom the All-Merciful singled out for pre-eminence and glory.

‫ْ ُم َح َمدى‬

‫ار‬
‫ز‬
‫د‬
‫ب‬
‫ع‬
‫ب َحب َ ُاه ٰ ُى‬
َ
َ
‫اّلل بِال ر ُح رن ِن َوالربَهَاىىىىىىىفَ ُط رو ٰىب ل َ ر َ َر‬
ٌ ِ ََ
A Prophet whom Allah granted beauty and splendour.
Blessed is the servant who visits the grave of Muhammad ‫ﷺ‬.
ِ ‫اص ًداىىىىىىىفَبَلِ رغ َسل‬
ِ ََ ‫ا َيَا را ِكباَ َ رحو ال ر َم ِديرن َ ِة‬
‫َِم لِل ر َح ِبي ر ِ ِّ ُم َح َمدى‬
‫ر‬
َ ً َ
O you who are travelling ahead towards Madina,
Convey my greetings to The Beloved, Muhammad‫ىﷺ‬.
ِ ِ‫ِِف ر ىو َضت‬
ِ ‫ِىىىىىىىوفِيهَا ِش َفا ََ ىل ر ِب ورو‬
ِ ‫اح‬
ِ
‫ِى‬
‫ر‬
‫و‬
‫ِح‬
‫ى‬
‫ي‬
‫غ‬
‫ب‬
‫و‬
َ‫ا‬
‫ن‬
‫م‬
‫ى‬
‫ن‬
‫ن‬
‫ح‬
‫ل‬
‫ا‬
‫ه‬
‫ر‬
‫ر‬
َ
َ
ٰ
َ
ُ
َ
‫ر‬
‫ر‬
‫رَر‬
َ ‫ُ ر ُ َ ر‬
‫ر َُ ََ ر‬
To be within his most lovely Garden is my sole desire and hope.
In it is the remedy for my heart and soul, and in it is my comfort.
ِ‫فَاِ رن ب َ ُع َد رت عَ ر‬
‫ن َو عَ َز َم َز ُار َهاىىىىىىىفَتِ رمثَالُهَا ل َ َد ََ ا َ رح َن ُن ُص رو َرةى‬
For although it is far from me and difficult to visit
The picture of it in my mind’s eye is the loveliest of forms.
ِ ‫ْي ِِف ر ُح رن ِن َر رو ِضهَاىىىىىىىفَي َ رنل ُ رو بِهَا ل ُ ِب َو ِس ِر رَ َو ُمهر َج‬
ِ ‫اَُ َ ِز ُه َط رر َف الرعَ ر‬
‫ِى‬
‫ر‬
‫ر‬
I cleanse my eyesight by picturing the beauty of its gardens
So that my mind, being and inmost soul find solace.
ِ َ ‫فَهَا ا َََا يَا َُ رط ِّ الرعَ َوال ِ ِم كُلِهَاىىىىىىىاََُبِلُهَا َش روًَا ِِلِ رش َف ِاء ِعل‬
‫ِى‬
َ
‫ر‬
So here I am, O Centre of the entire universe!
I place my lips on it in yearning, to have my sickness healed.
‫ل َُ رط ِ ِّ اىل ر ُو ُج رو ِد ُم َح َمدىىىىىىىى َص ََلة ً بِهَا تَ رم ُح رو عَنَا كُ َل زَل َ ىة‬
‫ل عَ ٰ ى‬
‫َو َص ِ ى‬
Send blessings upon the Centre of all creation, Muhammad‫ىﷺ‬,
Blessings through which all our shortcomings are wiped away.

‫َِل ا َ ٰ ر َ ٰ ر‬
There is no god but Allah. There is no god but Allah.
There is no god but Allah. Muhammad‫ ىﷺ‬is the Messenger of Allah.
