Wear a College Shirt on Friday, February 6!
MGE will be celebrating GenTX (Generation Texas) Day
on Friday, February 6th. The purpose is to get kids to
think about their future in terms of college and career.
Griffin Elementary staff will wear a college themed shirt
and talk to the students about how education impacts
the ability to achieve their goals and become successful.
Valentine School Store-February 11th!
Valentine's Day is just around the corner and so is our next school
store! On Wednesday, Feb. 11th, students will have the opportunity to
shop for Valentine themed and other small items at the store with prices
ranging from $.25-$8.00. If you choose to send in money with your child,
please remember to put it into an envelope or Ziplock bag labeled with
their name, teacher’s name, and “School Store”. We also accept checks
(payable to MGE PTA) and Bear Bucks (can be purchased in the
front office).
If you have some time to spare that day and would like to help out, we'd
