FLAT NOSE PLIERS
Often referred to as "Duck Bill," these pliers have a flat nose in various widths. Available with plain or
plastic dipped handles in sizes from 41/2 to 8 inches in length.
Proper Uses. Flat Nose pliers have diverse uses in the electrical, telephone, electronic and other fields.
They are extensively used in typewriter repair and assembly work and in textile weaving and knitting
operations.
Abuse/Misuse. Never expose these pliers to excessive heat. Do not use as a hammer or as a pry.
