Electrical winding machine for motor coils.
The frame is completely of steel. It is
provided with single phase motor with
inverter.
Winding speed continuously adjustable from

A3340 STATOR SUPPORT
This stator support is a radial vice that can
hold any kind of cylindrical object and is
particularly suitable for holding electrical
motor's stators for making their winding very
comfortable. In fact it allows easy orientation
of the stator so that the operator can always
set it in the most convenient position for the
operation he is performing.
The stators are held by three levers at the tips
of which three rollers of hard rubber ensure a
secure grip.

A3342 - ROTATING SUPPORT FOR STATORS
The stator support is a rotating plate with
two rubber rollers whose distance is
adjustable to accommodate stators of
various sizes.
The operator can rotate the plate and the
stator being worked upon to have it in the
most convenient position at all times.
A3343 – ROTOR SUPPORT
The rotor support is a tool designed to hold
rotors of different sizes by the ends of their
shafts and to make it possible to rotate them
for winding, inspection, repair or training.
The side supports can be shifted horizontally
to adjust their distance to the length of the
rotor being acted upon.

A3359 - (121/Q EU) – PNEUMATIC HAMMER
When motor coils must be replaced, this tool
is used to cut them on one side to allow their
extraction by means of the hydraulic puller.
It can also be used to punch holes into iron
sheets or cut them.

A3362 - (2500 EP) – GAS GENERATOR
By means of a hydrolytic process of distilled
water, this unit separates oxygen from
hydrogen and produces an oxy-hydrogen
gas to be used for welding and cutting,

The gas is then purified by the unit and can
produce a reliable flame of about 3,500°C.
It can be used on copper, alluminium, steel,
nickel, brass, bronze with or without welding
alloys. The torch is very light and has
nozzles with diameter from 0.5 to 1.4 mm
(specify on request).
The machine is completely automatic and
only the power output adjustment requires
manual intervention.
It offers significant advantages

A3365 - (IMP 10/20) – TRANSFORMER LAMINATION STACKING
MACHINE
This manually operated machine is used to
pack transformer iron sheets into their
bobbins.
Two containers on top of it hold the “E” and
“I” sheets and by turning the front wheel
they are alternatively inserted in the proper
position.
The sheet containers must be of the correct
measure for the sheets being used: Type

A3372 - (MC10VA1) – IMPREGNATION TANK
This tank offers ease of use, excellent
impregnation quality and high throughput.
The work piece is flooded starting from the
bottom thus allowing the air to be
completely expelled and the paint to enter
even the smaller recesses.
An air supply at 0.5 bar is required for its
operation (the compressor must be provided
by the user).
When the machine is not in use the paint is
maintained in a sealed tank to save its
properties, and the stirring that occurs at
each operation avoids the formation of
deposits or skin on the surface.

A3385 - (BETA 10) – UNDERCUTTING MACHINE
This is a special milling machine with a
carriage, tools and controls to cut the excess
mica of DC rotor commutators when their
wear has caused the insulation to protrude
and impair the contact of the brushes.
The rotor is fixed and the tower holding the
cutting tool is moved alternatively back and
forth to cut the excess mica. The rotor is
advanced after each segment has been
reworked to expose the following ones.
