If an online resource from a library database does not have a DOI, use a
retrieval statement that includes the date retrieved and the database used.
E.g. Retrieved September 25, 2013, from Business Source Premier.

preceded by the paragraph symbol or the abbreviation para. If neither paragraph nor page
numbers are visible, cite the heading and the number of the paragraph following it to direct the
