IgniteFeedback IgniteFeedback is a fast growing, angel-­‐funded cloud startup based in Bozeman Montana, founded by two former employees of RightNow Technologies (sold to Oracle for $1.7b). IgniteFeedback seeks an experienced marketing professional who can drive meaningful and measurable results for our business and ideally has prior people management experience. Given we are a startup, day to day responsibilities will vary significantly but will include accountability for things such as: • Driving traffic to our website + orchestrating the content strategy o SEO, blogs, and social media o Authoring whitepapers and other collateral o Advertising/paid search • Converting traffic to leads o Conversion optimization o Lead nurture campaigns o Lead scoring • Converting trial users to paid users o Email marketing and nurture campaigns o Analyzing onboarding flows and providing automated user help o Watching sign-­‐up videos o Capturing user feedback • Creating leads from lists and other outbound marketing sources o Lead search and filtering o Lead warm-­‐up and qualification o Tangible marketing asset delivery • Organizing participation in events o Identify industry/partner events o Logistics management • Managing budgets o Tracking and forecasting spend o Improving efficiency o Vendor management /negotiating contracts Experience with the following technologies is desired: • Web design / development / analytics • Image editing and design • Lead generation tools • CRM Marketing and Sales systems • Email marketing Compensation includes a base salary with generous stock options.
