*Emergency Information Web Portal Broadcast System:
Each LifeBot® system deployment includes a customized private-labeled web based portal for EMS Administration. It may be
used for rapid access to critical information during an emergency from all of our EMS workstations, any conventional
computer or cell-phone with standard web browser capabilities. This portal may integrate protocols, SOPs, resource status,
system-wide broadcast of e-mails, text message alerts or attachments. The system may also be used to share information
publically or privately. Access is password secured and may be shared by multiple users, institutions and providers for
system-wide 24/7/365 support. This system supports multiple access levels. It may be quickly and easily managed remotely
by EMS Administration with any standard web browser.

Next Generation Wireless Broadband:
Digital radio systems, such as 700 MHz P25 systems, have limited data transmission capabilities with typical bandwidth of
only 1200 baud. This is adequate to send low level text information over such new digital radio systems. This is will not
support telemedicine or telehealth applications such as video, ePCR, 12-lead ECG transmission or additional voice or data
capabilities. LifeBot® supplies consulting for field deployment of modern Next Generation Broadband for long range highbandwidth at reduced costs or to utilize public or private systems to achieve these capabilities. We also offer free
assistance for grant applications for rural broadband, HRSA, DHS Interoperative grants in this area. Next Generation
Broadband not only supplies substantially greater bandwidth for emergency telemedicine over a wide region, but also
provides for some redundancy for P25 700 MHz radio systems for emergency preparedness and disaster response
communications. The protocols used are the only ones especially designed for a moving vehicle, or ambulance.
Congressional Committee Recommendations:
The Joint Advisory Committee on Communications Capabilities of Emergency Medical and Public Health Care Facilities
(Joint Advisory Committee) was established by the Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission and the Assistant
Secretary for Communications and Information, U.S. Department of Commerce pursuant to the Implementing
Recommendations of the 9/11 Commission Act of 2007. The Joint Advisory Committee’s mission was to examine the
communications capabilities and needs of emergency medical and public health care facilities. This Committee
recommended preferential use IP and Broadband Based communications. The LifeBot® workstation is the first and only fully
IP-based broadband EMS workstation. See: http://www.lifebot.us.com/documents/JACReportExcerpt.pdf
LifeBot® provides exclusive patented telemedicine and telehealth solutions and digital collaborative systems to eliminate
disparate communications issues during emergencies with full interoperability. We also integrate next generation
broadband capabilities not inherent in today’s interoperative digital radio communications so the benefits of achieving
telemedicine, telehealth, and emergency preparedness objectives may all be fully realized. Our systems provide for much
improved long term ROI because of their increased compatibility and ease of critical or patented technology upgrades.
Experience Counts! It’s about applying almost four decades of experience in the biomedical engineering with the most
experienced in building hybrid broadband systems. It’s about providing end-to-end working solutions like no other
organization. We build whole emergency telemedicine systems, not just the parts or the pieces.
We are all about outcomes or results. We are about helping you save lives and increasing quality of care. We are also about
saving our nation and healthcare institutions and providers billions of dollars by proper and thorough application of our
unique next generation solutions for emergency telemedicine, telehealth, and teletriage.
