Rabo Internet Banking Professional Euro files and BTL files Euro files You can use the menu option ‘Euro files’ to import files with Euro Payments and Euro Direct Debit orders that you have created in your accounting or bookkeeping programme. The file format for Euro Payments is PAIN001.001.003 and that for Euro Direct Debits is PAIN008.001.02. The file must comply with the specifications set out on www.rabobank.nl/seb, under ‘Import files’. Importing Euro files Choose ‘Import file’ to import the direct debit or payment file. The file name must contain no more than 35 positions and the file type must be .XML. The maximum file size is 3 MB. The export date for a Euro file must not be more than 1 year in the future. Note! Wait until the file has been imported before continuing. After the file has been imported it will be checked by Rabobank. The file will be shown in the table 'Imported files' with the status ‘Is being checked'. The status is not updated automatically. Click on ‘Refresh’ to retrieve the current status. A maximum Per 1 januari 2015 Tarieven zakelijk of 10 files is shown in the table 'Imported files'. If you have imported several files, you can find them in the menu option ‘Send’. Information on status of imported files Status Explanatory information Is being checked The file is being checked by Rabobank. Ready to be sent You can send the file now by clicking on ‘Send Euro files’ or choose the menu option 'Send’. (Partly) Rejected The file or one or more batches in the file have been rejected and will not be processed. Click on the i-sign to see why the file has been (partly) rejected. Click on the icon with the arrow to view the file details and the errors in the file/batches. After you have corrected the error(s) in your accounting package, you can re-import the order(s). The new file or the new batch must not have the same name as that of the rejected file/batch. Non-rejected batches in the file will be processed. Sent The file has been sent to Rabobank. The batches will be processed on the execution date stated by you or the next possible execution date. You can view the status of the batches via the menu option 'Sent'. Euro files to be sent You will find the imported Euro files that are ready for submission here. You can also find the hash total (check sum) for your Euro file here. It contains 40 positions. You can use this hash total to verify whether the file is the same as the file that you imported. To be able to submit one or more Euro files, you must select them first. Then choose ‘Send’. You can select all files at once by choosing 'Select all files'. You can select and submit a maximum of 30 files at once. If you cannot select a file, click on the i-sign for that file to see the reasons. You can view the file details by clicking on the icon with the arrow. If you want to delete the file, click on the icon with the cross. If modifications are required, the imported file must also be deleted (icon with the cross). A new file must then be created within the accounting package. Click on the plus sign to view the order(s) in the batch. You can then view the details of the orders by clicking on the icon with the arrow. Information on status of submitted Euro batches Status Explanatory information Approved The batch has been processed. A batch with this status will continue to be visible until 90 days after the execution date. Outstanding The batches will be processed on the execution date stated by you or the earliest possible next execution date. Direct debit batches with a stated execution date older than 30 days will be rejected. You can find these rejected batches in the overview ‘Imported files’ via the menu option ‘Import Euro file’. Outstanding batches can be cancelled if required by clicking on the icon with the cross. You will however also have to submit the cancellation by clicking on ‘Send Euro files’ or choosing the menu option ‘Send’. Postponed The payment batch has been postponed owing to an insufficient withdrawal limit in your account. To be released The payment batch still needs to be released or receive a second signature. Rejected The batch has been rejected. Click on the i-sign to see why the batch was rejected. After you have corrected the error(s) in the rejected batches in your accounting package, you can re-import the order(s). The new file and the new batch must not have the same name as that of the rejected file/batch. A batch with this status will continue to be visible until 90 days after the execution date. Processing The batch is being processed. Contact your Rabobank if the batch needs to be cancelled. Cancelled The batch has been cancelled by your Rabobank at your request and will not be processed. Contact your Rabobank for more information. A batch with this status will continue to be visible until 90 days after the execution date. View and inspect errors in Euro file You will find the file details and the batches of the file here. If a file has been rejected, you can click on the link ‘Rejected’. That will take you to the screen ‘Inspect errors in Euro file’. Click on the plus sign to view the order(s) in the batch. You can then view the details of the orders by clicking on the icon with the arrow. If you want to delete or modify batches in the file, you must delete the entire file and create a new file in your accounting or bookkeeping programme. The top part will show the errors in the file. The errors in the batch are shown in the bottom part. The function is only in available in the dutch language. Files can be downloaded with a maximum size of up to 1000 KB, for instance from an accounting programme. The maximum amount per file to be imported is € 500,000. Importing BTL files The execution date for a payment order to be imported must not be more than 1 month in the future. You cannot modify imported payment files via 'Other payment files'. These modifications must be made in your accounting programme. You can use the button 'Bestand kiezen' to select the required file in a folder on your PC. Then select the type of payment order with which you wish the file to be processed. Choosing ‘OK + Nieuw bestand’ will take you back to the screen where a file format can be chosen again. If you choose ‘OK’, the file will be checked and you will go to the screen 'Te verzenden bestanden'. The file will be imported in the background. This can take some time. You can only view the file after it has been fully imported. Choose 'Verzenden' in the left-hand menu to refresh this page. If there are no imported files, you will not see this part of the screen. Possible statuses: In verzending, Verzonden, Verzenden mislukt, Niet verzonden. Submit BTL file In this screen, you can select the imported files for submission. You also have the option to cancel one or more imported files. After selecting one or more approved BTL files, you can present them for processing by signing them with the Rabo Scanner.
