Lorenzo de' Medici – The Italian International Institute in Florence, enrolls students from all over the
world. The main building on Via Faenza dates back to
the 13th century and was originally a convent connected
to a medieval church. All of the facilities, including independent administrative offices, classroom buildings,
and art studios, are located on several premises in the
city’s historical center in the San Lorenzo area. Florence
is a living museum with works by famous painters,
sculptors and architects everywhere.
Eligibility Requirements:
2.75 GPA or higher
Italian language courses are 4 credits.
All non-Italian language courses are 3 credits.

Housing and Meals: Par ticipants live in fur nished
apartments for students. The apartments are equipped
with kitchens so students can prepare their own meals or
eat in local restaurants or cafés.
Program Cost for CUNY Students:

Note: All dates and costs subject to change. Non-NY residents
and non-CUNY students may have a higher program cost.
