Nota : For a good grip in the boss, we recommend to make the diameter of the boss 2 to 3 times the hole
diameter.
Plastics are never the same, we recommend to realise extraction load and screwing torque tests that will help
you to find the suitable diameter hole for the POLYPLAST screws. We can make them for you in our control
laboratory.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The Polyplast screws widely spaced threads give greater gripping area for
superior power. Slim root diameters help eliminating boss cracking and bulging
of the materials. You can even screw and unscrew the Polyplast in the same
hole without any problem.

ADVANTAGES
The Polyplast screw has got a self tapping thread for plastics.
The profile of the screw thread has been designed to give a low drive torque and a high pull-out resistance.
MATERIAL AND FINISH
The Polyplast screws are in zinc-plated steel. We can manufacture in any other type of material like stainless
steel A2 and finish like nickel plated, dakromet or phosphated.
