Adding Queries to Your WorkDesk in AiM
Some users have their Query Count set to AUTOMATIC mode and some have it set to MANUAL mode.
Manual Mode is the only way to be able to list your queries in a particular order – so you may have
yours set that way for that reason.
If you are set up as AUTOMATIC, then you should always receive the latest queries created for you by
the AiM System Administrators. When you create your own queries they will also appear automatically.
If you are set up as MANUAL, then follow these steps:
1.
Click on the word edit in the Personal Query Count section of your WorkDesk.
This will take you to the Personal Query Count Channel:

2. Click on Add Queries which will take you to a page of Personal Queries that are available but
not on your AiM WorkDesk.
3. Check the box next to the one you want to add and then click on Done
.
Note: You can click on the word Query above the list of queries to sort them
in alphabetical order if that would be helpful.

The Query you chose should now show up in the list on the Personal Query Count Channel
page. You can type a number in the Display Order field next to it to place it in a certain position
in your Personal Query Count on your WorkDesk.

5. Click on Save
and you should see the new query on your WorkDesk.
