Euroroof systems carry a range of insurance backed

Euroroof membranes are manufactured and
independently assessed to the ISO 9001:2008 Quality
Management Standard, ensuring the highest possible
consistency of product and service performance.
Euroroof membranes are manufactured to the
ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management Standard
and score highly in BREEAM ratings (notably in
Section MAT5 for responsible sourcing of materials).
They contribute to a very good generic rating in the
BRE’s Green Guide to Specification, capable of an
‘A+’ rating when installed on timber or metal decks.

The Euroroof Mastergold cap sheet is tested to
BS 476: Part 3 and is unrestricted in use under the
current Building Regulations, Approved Document B.

Euroroof Mono offers a single layer, flame-free waterproofing solution

The Euroroof Mono single layer warm roof solution offers all of the benefits of high performance bituminous
membranes, combined with quick and safe, flame-free methods of installation. Widely specified on new-build
projects due to the time and cost efficiencies it offers, Euroroof Mono also suits roof refurbishment - whether
to simply re-establish the integrity of the waterproofing or to upgrade the thermal performance and/or
improve roof drainage.

The Euroroof Mono membrane has a
typical life expectancy in excess of 20 years
(under normal UK climatic conditions).
A 4.2mm polyester-reinforced, SBS-modified
bitumen membrane, developed for use as a
single layer waterproofing solution that is
suitable for no-flame application. An integral
polyester reinforcement ensures excellent
mechanical properties. Finished with a coloured,
mineral granular surface.
Durability
With high tensile strength and pliability,
Euroroof Mono is designed to perform in the
harshest conditions, with excellent
resistance to puncture and UV degradation.
The SBS elastomeric bitumen coating
ensures low temperature flexibility.
Performance
Euroroof Mono provides all the

A high performance, 4mm APP-modified

mineral surface, which has a proven track
record of worldwide use in both new-build and
refurbishment. Euroroof Mastergold Anti-Root
is available for use in green roof applications.

conditions, with APP-modified bitumen
ensuring excellent resistance to puncture

The APP-modified formulations of

Euroroof Rapid single layer overlay is a uniquely formulated,
dual-compound APP polymer modified torch-on membrane,
designed to provide exceptional adhesion to existing roof membranes.

Refurbishment
Euroroof Rapid is a single layer torch-applied overlay for re-establishment of the long-term waterproofing
integrity of roofs in need of refurbishment, especially existing mineral surfaced roofs, eliminating the need to
strip off the existing roof covering and minimising disruption – affording both short and long-term cost benefits.

Euroroof Rapid Cap Sheet
The Euroroof Rapid membrane has a
typical life expectancy in excess of
20 years (under normal UK climatic
conditions) and has been tested for
resistance to ultraviolet (UV) degradation,
in accordance with EN 1297.
A revolutionary 5mm single layer membrane
designed for use as an overlay to existing flat
roofs. Euroroof Rapid has a unique dual layer
formulation, so that when torched the special
compound on the underside of the membrane
melts and flows to form an exceptional bond
with the existing substrate. This single layer,
durable over-roof solution is quick to apply and
requires minimal preparation of the substrate.
Durability
Euroroof Rapid membranes are
reinforced with a non-woven, single
strand composite polyester fabric to
ensure excellent mechanical properties
and dimensional stability.
Performance
The Euroroof Rapid membrane has an extra
thick dual bitumen compound that saturates
the existing roof membrane; minimising the
risk of blistering from trapped moisture
between the layers and providing a high
strength bond to the prepared substrate.
Cost-effective
The quick installation method of
Euroroof Rapid single layer overlay and
the avoidance of the need to strip off
the existing roof for disposal provides
excellent time and cost efficiencies.
