Dear Colleagues:
I am pleased to inform you that the “Magic City” of Miami, Florida, will be the
site of our 52nd Conference of the Inter-American Bar Association.
The hotel will be the Intercontinental Miami, and the dates are from
June 20th to 24th, 2016.
While our Cuban counterparts in Havana unexpectedly canceled the
conference forty-five days before its scheduled date, we have rapidly and
effectively overcome this setback.
Both members and guests will be warmly welcomed at our conference, an
opportunity to demonstrate once again our commitment to meeting our
organization’s hemispheric objectives. We invite you to join us in order to
re-affirm our presence, role and voice as lawyers throughout the Americas.
