iNEMSOFT solutions address a long-standing dilemma:
How do organizations communicate seamlessly with twoway, land-based mobile radio systems and link vital people
and processes as part of a single, integrated communications
community?
The ClassOne® IP/SIP Operator Console is an intelligent, PC-based workstation
featuring a user-friendly interface that commands and controls various media
operations and system functions. The user interface enables push-to-talk to
radios and reception of inbound normal and emergency calls from either radios
or the voice network. The console also supports monitoring of large numbers
of radios, while providing local point-to-point connectivity to radios for high
availablity and disaster recovery.
The ClassOne iCAS solution helps organizations integrate radio communications
directly into their overall voice over IP communications infrastructure. All parties
can communicate seamlessly on a single IP-enabled radio-telephony platform boosting collaboration, speeding decision making and shortening response times.
Radio operations can be fully integrated with corporate back-office systems, voice
networks, self-service applications, customer service systems and more.

Mission-Critical Design
The ClassOne IP/SIP Operator Console is available in
various models and screen sizes for use in missioncritical telephone and radio dispatch operations.
Integrated console features are accessed through
a flat, sturdy, touch screen PC with numerous
connectors. The Operator Console is distinguished
from standard PC systems by its silent operation and
greater stability, robust metal housing and lack of
moving parts.
The console is designed with consumer and industrial
interfaces (USB 2.0, RS232, RS485), two 10/100/1000
Mbps network ports, integrated Wi-Fi (a, b, g, n) and
a powerful audio amplifier with 2x2W speakers. The
console is available in 8, 15, 17 and 19 inch sizes.
Additional screen sizes (10, 12, 23 and 40 inches) are
available with custom orders.
Simple Interface
A user-friendly interface is used to command and
control various media operations and system
functions. It enables push-to-talk connectivity to
radios and reception of inbound calls from either
radios or the voice network. The operator can
conference, transfer and control various connected
media channels from a touch screen featuring large,
programmable icons that make it easy to navigate
different menus and features.

ClassOne® IP/SIP-based
Operator Consoles
The SIP-based console for soft telephones uses the
onboard computing platform, built-in audio speakers,
microphones, external headset and USB devices to
manage audio streams. The SIP-based console can
install and run on various Windows-based computers,
mobile devices and tablets.
The SIP-based console provides two built-in speaker
outputs for radio "Operate" and "Monitor." The audio
is processed by the ClassOne software through the
standard PC microphone and speaker. The console
supports primary and secondary Monitor audio for
splitting audio traffic to either speaker.
ClassOne consoles are location independent and
require minimal hardware for duplication. They offer
economical options for centralized or distributed
deployments across an IP network, without the
contraints of traditional legacy hardware. Use of the
telephone and onboard computing platform eliminates
proprietary digital signal processing hardware,
reducing system costs and simplifying deployment to
regional, divisional and virtual operation centers. The
result is a much lower total cost of ownership.

Case Study
Why iNEMSOFT
Upgrading an airline's ground-to-ground and groundto-air voice and radio communications system.
iNEMSOFT is a long-standing, member of the Avaya
DevConnect program and specializes in unified
communications solutions that extend to telephone
and radio endpoints of all types. Our products
include multiple enterprise applications designed for
emergency response, dispatch, disaster recovery and
collaboration across previously disparate telephone
and radio platforms.
The Challenge. The radio-based operations
control system serving this airline supports tens of
geographically dispersed regional and national airports.
But the organization's aging infrastructure has several
limitations. It lacks room for growth. Some components
are at the end of their life cycle and are no longer
supported by manufacturers. The airline lacks failover
capabilities to protect communications in the event
of an outage in its primary data center. In addition, its
radio operations are unable to benefit from previous
technology investments, including a dual-carrier
MPLS network, geographically diverse data centers,
virtualized servers and desktops, mobility capabilities,
and voice over IP.
The Solution. iNEMSOFT, in partnership with Avaya,
replaced the airline's current radio operations control
system with the ClassOne iCAS Radio Servers, IP Radio
Gateways and Operator Consoles - providing dial
access to the airline's corporate Avaya Aura® voice
network and contact center. Radios receive featurerich, multimedia, multi-modal communications and
collaboration services from the Avaya Aura Core.
The Benefit. By integrating radio communications
directly into the airline's Avaya Aura® communications
infrastructure, iNEMSOFT allows all airline personnel
(dispatchers, load planners, pilots, ramp personnel,
field crews, maintenance control and operation groups)
to communicate seamlessly on a single, highly scalable
IP/SIP-enabled radio-telephony platform. It's a solution
that boosts collaboration, speeds decision making
and shortens response times. The airline can support
reliable and sustained growth, with comprehensive
failover protection for improved availability. Radio
users benefit from rich new communication features
and can communicate seamlessly with any Avaya Aura
endpoint - making and receiving calls and participating
in collaborative communication sessions. Since most
of the critical components are part of the Avaya Aura
network, the airline will eliminate the need to update its
costly, aging radio infrastructure.
iNEMSOFT has deep experience and specialized skills
in integrating and managing endpoints of all varieties –
especially in mission-critical environments where high
reliability is a must. The company designs solutions
that scale to support even the largest of global
deployments – backed by a team of expert designers,
engineers and project managers for optimal service
and support.
Benefit from an Avaya Select Product
iNEMSOFT is committed to seamless interoperability
with the Avaya product portfolio, helping companies
extend and protect their investment in Avaya solutions.
One of the strengths of the iNEMSOFT ClassOne
solution is its ability to interoperate seamlessly with
Avaya Aura® and leverage the strengths of this platform
to benefit a customer's operations. Avaya Aura extends,
enhances and integrates industry-leading Avaya
Communication Manager, data, video and telephony
