The Chapter has grown in number of members and in number of activities. The year 2014 can be characterized as a successful year. The overview of activities includes 16 technical lectures that were organized in different cities in Croatia, including 3 DLP lectures. Furthermore Srete Nikolovski got Chapter Outstanding Engineer Award for year 2014. Additionally PES Chapter Croatia was highly involved in organization of the IEEE Region 8 flagship conference IEEE Energycon 2014 that was held in Dubrovnik for 13-16 May 2014 (http://www.energycon2014.org/). Igor Kuzle was the general chair of the Conference, Tomislav Capuder was track chair and Ninoslav Holjevac was conference secretary. The second conference Croatian PES Chapter was included in the organization was PAC World 2014 conference that was held in Zagreb fro 23-26 June 2014 (http://conference.pacw.org/). Igor Kuzle was organizing committee chair and Ninoslav Holjevac was member of that committee. As already mentioned this year 3 distinguished lecturers held their speeches: Damir Novosel and Qing-Chang Zhong (DL of PELS) gave lectures in Zagreb. These lectures were the joint activity together with the colleagues from the IEEE PES Chapter from Austria and IEEE IE13/IA34/PEL35 Joint Chapter of Serbia and Montenegro; Mladen Kezunovic gave the DLP lecture in Split (this was done in collaboration with colleagues from PES Chapters from Italy and Slovenia). Compared to the previous years there is an increment in number of members, number of technical activities and size of PES Student Branch.
