SUMMARY
The Order Picker is responsible for selecting product from the warehouse and building customer’s
orders. This position is physically demanding. Standing for long periods of time and lifting are a
requirement of the position. A forklift ticket is required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Create customer’s orders by following detailed invoices
 Work in frozen (-18 F temperature) sections of the warehouse
 Ensure safety practice and protocol is followed
 Must follow Snow Cap’s company policies and procedures
 Must represent Snow Cap professionally, both physically and with attentive customer service
ability
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
 Strong work ethic
 Strong time management skills
 Able to read and write English fluently
 Ability to remain professional at all times, even in stressful situations
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 Able to perform repetitive lifting of approximately 20kg
 Able to walk for long periods of time
 Must have a valid forklift ticket
