Spud Alford Invents the Game after Seeing Some Kids on TV Playing the Old School
Paper Football.
Appears on The 700 Club in Virginia Beach, & Shows Prototype for 60 Seconds (Sells
out the Very next Day).
Worked as a Trust Officer with Columbus Bank & Trust, Total System Services,
Synovus Financial Corporation™, AFLAC™, & a Special Investigator for the Federal
Government.
1991:
Abandoned the idea.
2004:
Spud Wakes up in the Middle of the Night with Finger Football® on His Mind.
Formed LLC in Georgia July 20.
Worked on Designs & Play Value of the Game, All Part-Time While Working as a Federal
Investigator Full-Time.
2005:
Still Full-Time as a FED. Worked Mainly on the PPM & Business Plan.
2006:
Received First Few Investments of More Than $100,000 & Leaves Job as an
Investigator.
Created First Prototype.
Attended First Sports Show.
Approached Brett Favre & Secured His Endorsement.
Secured NFL™ License.
Secured Four Collegiate Licenses.
Four Months in the Marketplace, Sold More than 12,000 Games.
1,357 of Those Sales Came from One Kiosk in Columbus, Georgia. - Nov. & Dec. Only.
2007:
Started Building Mom & Pop Stores as Customers
Invented Finger Golf, Baseball, & Soccer.
Added a Few More Collegiate Licenses as well as the PGA Tour™ License.
Made the Decision to Not Pursue the Retail Sector except for Mall Kiosks.
Offered the Game to Independent Kiosk Owners Nationwide - 34 Accepted the Offer;
Sold over 23,000 Games in Nov. & Dec. Only; Finished Year with 25,000+ Game Sales.
