Position: Production Analyst (LTE – Maternity Leave Coverage)
Location: Lancaster, Wisconsin
Status: Temporary, Full-Time
Primary Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, M-F (40+ hours/week).
Approximate Duration: May 2, 2016 – August 19, 2016
POSITION SUMMARY:
In the absence of the Production Analyst, this position will maintain established purchasing,
inventory and accounts payable policies and practices, while simultaneously providing
office/administrative support.
REPORTING STRUCTURE:
This position reports to the Human Resources Manager, Saputo Cheese USA – Lancaster.
RESPONSIBILITIES (DAILY FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES):

Responsible for all accounts payable functions (receiving and processing invoices, manual
invoicing, completion of required corporate A/P reports).

Responsible for the production-related purchasing functions (i.e. issuing POs, setting up
new vendors, placing order, vendor follow-up, etc.).

Accurate data entry of production numbers; providing reports to appropriate management
and investigating discrepancies, as needed.

Responsible for the daily, weekly and monthly balancing of incoming milk.

Coordinate and prepare monthly and annual reports as required.

Responsible for general ledger accuracy.

Responsible for ongoing communication with Regional Controller and plant management.

Perform other related duties as required.

Overall make valuable contributions.
QUALIFICATIONS (WORK EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, EDUCATION):

Practical experience (2+ years) of clerical experience, coupled with related academics in
accounting, business or related field.

Bookkeeping, banking or accounting experience desired

Exceptional organizational and time management skills to meet frequent aggressive
deadlines

Professional and comfortable working on own

High degree of tact, diplomacy and discretion

Demonstration of excellent analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to recognize and maintain appropriate level of confidentiality

Strong organizational, written and communicational skills

Increased stress may occur at month end due to aggressive reporting deadlines

Working on a computer, phone and daily visits into the manufacturing facility

Lifting of occasional office materials, file boxes etc.
COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:

$13.00/hr.

Temporary/contract positions do not qualify for company-sponsored benefits
