OK, not THE America’s Cup, but pretty close!
Four people are invited to join William Smith and
Ann Alywin on a Friday night “Beer Can” race out of
San Francisco Yacht Club in Belvedere on their boat
“Fast Friends”. Afterwards you will be treated to a
delicious BBQ dinner on deck!
What is a “Beer Can” race? It’s a local sailing tradition that
has a slew of boats in a friendly but competitive race from
Belvedere Cove to the Bay for a 1-2 hour race. Leave the
dock at the SFYC about 6PM. The perfect way to spend a
Friday evening - out on the bay with phenomenal views
of San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge.
