We understand and agree that we have read and fully understood all the terms of the Disclaimer set out below. We confirm that we are aware that we will be required to sign a copy of the disclaimer before taking part in ‘In Living Colour’ We acknowledge that the nature of our participation is potentially hazardous and that if we are unwilling to accept the risks associated with our participation, we should not enter or take part We are sufficiently fit and healthy to safely participate in ‘In Living Colour’ and do not suffer from any medical condition which would adversely affect our ability to safely participate in all activities at ‘In Living Colour’ . If for whatever reason, we feel we should need First Aid, we will inform the organiser at the Registration Table. We will dress appropriately for the event and keep ourselves hydrated. LHCH Charity uses email to communicate with the participants in ‘In Living Colour’. By entering this event we agree to receive emails regarding this specific event. LHCH Charity cannot be responsible if any event information does not reach the intended recipient by email. LHCH Charity can only be responsible for ensuring that emails are sent to the email address provided: it is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that emails from events@lhchcharity.org.uk are not marked as spam (ideally by entering this address into their address books.) LHCH Charity reserves the right to alter the start time of the event with as much notice to entrants as is reasonably practicable. We agree that no refund in full or part shall be made for any change in start time for ‘In Living Colour’ event provided the event takes place on the specified date of the event. LHCH Charity reserves the right to cancel the ‘In Living Colour’ event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or for any safety related reason. Should the event be cancelled with no rescheduled/postponed date offered by LHCH Charity, then we agree that LHCH Charity will provide a full refund less any charges associated with the processing of such refunds with no further liability whatsoever raising from such cancellation. If the event is rescheduled for an alternative future date and we are unable to attend the rescheduled event date, we understand that we will not be entitled to claim a refund and that there will be no further liability whatsoever arising from such a change of date. We understand that LHCH Charity may offer to defer our entry to an alternative future event if we are unable to attend the rescheduled event. However, we agree that this will be solely at the discretion of LHCH Charity and will be subject to an administration fee equal to that for deferral due to injury. Children remain the responsibility of parent/carer’s at all time and must also be registered by a responsible parent/carer. They should only participate in ‘In Living Colour’ under the supervision of parent/carers at all times. LHCH Charity has permission to use all photographs and/or any other record of participants in ‘In Living Colour’ for any legitimate purpose. Any and all likenesses captured during ‘In Living Colour’ by the Organiser, LHCH Charity and LHCH staff and volunteers shall become the sole property of LHCH Charity and can be used offline and online, including all social media channels, for the purposes of marketing and PR. Please make sure all rubbish is disposed of correctly. All decisions by LHCH Charity, its employees and its agents are considered final. Accordingly we agree to comply with all event rules and all instructions and guidelines given by LHCH Charity ‘In Living Colour’ crew, stewards, marshals and safety personnel.
