Recommended Spares List
Hand Unit Warranty
MK6 hand units are supplied with a 5 year warranty, and all other hand units are
supplied with a 12 month warranty.
Faulty hand units returned within the warranty period will be replaced with a new unit
on a no charge basis.
A new hand unit (with warranty) will be provided for all faulty units returned under the
Service Replacement Scheme.
Hand units returned ‘damaged’ will be replaced at the standard unit cost.
Where a specific request is made to replace a MK4 or MK5 unit with a MK6 unit the
standard unit price will be charged.
Note: Where a MK5 unit is replaced with a MK6 unit it will be necessary to also
change the mounting bracket. The appropriate bracket is automatically supplied with
the hand unit. The amount charged does not include for fitting.

Postage and Packaging
Replacement hand units will be posted using a standard carrier service for which
there is no additional charge. A next working day service for a 9.30am delivery can
be provided at an extra cost of £26.50
On-site repair by customer
MK5 hand unit components and cables are available for repair by qualified hospital
personnel.
Only the cable on MK6 hand units can be purchased separately for on-site repair by
qualified hospital personnel.
