All air-insulated switchgear designs from Siemens are approved
with internal arc classification IAC A FLR, loss of service continuity
category LSC 2B, LSC 2A or LSC 1 depending on the switchgear
type, as well as partition class PM. Thus they can be universally
installed, fulfilling maximum requirements as regards personal
protection.

Functions such as evidence of the making and breaking capacity for the built-in circuit-breakers and earthing switches – and
even confinement of the arc to the respective compartment depending on the switchgear type – as well as designs equipped
to meet maximum requirements with respect to the degree of

The compact design and the use of vacuum circuit-breakers pay

from the purchase order to the production department via the
