It ensures a highly reliable and safe power supply and it is an optimal system for receiving/transforming equipments and electric power equipments installed at generation facilities, substations, various plants, general industrial facilities, buildings, public facilities and so on. VITZRO TECH aims to provide a total solution for the electric power IT System including the general receiving/transforming switchgear. C3-2 VITZROTECH It retains the technology to design a convenient, safe structure. It is composed of a full Insulation System. It is designed in a safe structure so that the charging part is not exposed even when the door is opened. It is mounted with an Interlock Device which enables a safe operation. Its external structure is clean and nice for it is manufactured using up-to-date equipments. Applied Standard : ANSI C37.20, IEC 62271-200, IEC 62271-100, ES 158-680, JEM 1425 ▶ There is a variety of products and it is highly compatible. Its installation period can be shortened. ▶ It is easy and convenient to operate using a high-performing and safe circuit breaker. It retains stable electrical and mechanical characteristics by adopting a Motor Spring Drive or a Solenoid Method. It maintains a long operational cycle through an excellent interruption of the breaking part, a characteristic curve and a firm operating mechanism. There is little degradation on the degree of vacuum and abrasion of contacts when the vacuum breaking part is used for a long period of time, its breaking capability is great and its mechanical cycle lasts for a long time. ▶ It is easy to expand the device and to perform maintenance through various protection functions and safety. It is structured in units by its function and purpose, so it is easy to plan for system expansions. CB and relay are draw-out types that enable an easy maintenance. Due to a standardized design, circuit breakers with the same capacity are compatible. It can be built-in with a circuit breaker and a vacuum contact switch at the same time. ▶ High Voltage Switchgear C3-3 C3 High Voltage Switchgear Rated voltage of 15kV and load of 2 steps are possible. It meets the requirements of general HVSG. Its design can be optimized based on the ordered specifications of customers and it is easy to install which results in reduction of construction cost. It can manufacture products ranging from 3.3kV 400A to 38kV3150A. An individual equipment for indoors/outdoors can be installed.
