EXPLANATION OF TERMS USED FOR PURPOSES OF INFORMATION ABOUT
CONSUMER CREDITS, INFORMATION ON POSSIBILITY TO WITHDRAW FROM
A CONSUMER CREDIT AGREEMENT AND ON THE RIGHT TO EARLIER
REPAYMENT OF A CREDIT

Annual Percentage
Rate of Costs for CC
The total costs of consumer credit for consumers (see below), specified as
annual percentage rate of the total amount of a consumer credit

Any and all costs, including interests, commissions, taxes and any other fees,
which are to be paid by the consumer in relation to the consumer credit and
which are known to the creditor. The total costs shall also include costs
relating to additional services of consumer credit, in particular , insurance
premium, in case when conclusion of an agreement on provision of the
additional service is mandatory for acquisition of a consumer credit or for its
acquisition under offered terms and conditions

The total amount of the credit provided to the client (consumer credit,
mortgage) or limit of the credit line (credit card, approved debit)

The amount of loaned principal, interests and other costs relating to the
credit (sum of the total amount of the consumer credit and total costs of the
consumer credit for the consumer)
Right to Withdraw
from the Consumer
Credit Agreement
The client is entitled to withdraw from the Agreement within the period of 14
calendar days after conclusion of the Credit Agreement. Withdrawal from the
Agreement is necessary to be submitted in writing in a branch office:
via a form of Komerční banka, or
via own application.
Earlier Repayment
of the Credit
The Client shall be anytime entitled to pay the credit earlier, either partially or
entirely. According to the Credit Agreement, the Client shall be obliged to
notify the Bank about his intent to pay the principal of the credit or any part
thereof earlier, in the manner determined in the credit terms at least 10
business days before the required day of earlier repayment. In case of earlier
repayment of the principal of the credit or any part thereof, the amount of
total costs of the credit shall be proportionally decreased.
In case of delayed payments, the client exposes himself to the following
consequences:
default interest according to the Notification of KB
Results of Delay
for the Client
possible record in external registers (in compliance with the rules of
individual external registers - SOLUS and CBCB)
problem with future acquisition of credits
forced sale of property
