IMPORTANT NOTICE
GOVERNMENT OF JAMAICA FIXED RATE
INVESTMENT DEBENTURE 22.125% 2006 SERIES “Ae”
In response to concerns expressed by markets participants, with respect to the repayment structure of
22.125% Debenture Series “Ae” issued to the market on 22-26 January 2004, it has been decided that
the first installment of principal repayment on this security will be made on 28 February 2005 and not
28 January 2005, as previously stated. All other terms will remain unchanged.
The Government of Jamaica apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused.
