The following guidelines determine what you will repay: • Customers with a gross household income between 225% and 400% of the federal income guidelines will receive an incentive covering 80% of the cost of the contracted upgrades. • Customers with a gross household income above 400% of the federal income guidelines will receive an incentive covering 50% of the cost.
