1 REVISOR 4640.4600 4640.4600 HEALTH OF EMPLOYEES. All employees shall be thoroughly instructed and indoctrinated in the use of preventive measures to protect their own health. Employees shall have a preemployment physical examination including a Mantoux test and an X-ray of the chest. Periodic X-rays of the chest shall be performed at least every 12 months and preferably every four to six months depending upon the type of employment and possible exposure. An X-ray of the chest shall be performed at the time of termination of employment. All employees with negative reactions to tuberculin shall have the tuberculin test repeated at the same intervals recommended for chest films. A Mantoux test shall be performed at the time of termination of employment. Health records shall be maintained on all employees.
