Access - Beginning
Receive an introduction to database concepts, the
Access environment and help systems, along with the
design and creation of databases, and working with
tables, fields, and records. Sorting and filtering data,
setting field properties and applying data entry rules
are other basic skills that will be taught. In order to use
the data effectively participants will also learn to create
queries, forms, and reports.

Access - Intermediate Learn how to normalize data, manage table relationships, and enforce referential integrity; work with lookup
fields and sub-data sheets; create join queries, calculated fields, and summary values; add objects to forms and
create advanced form types; learn how to print reports
and labels; create and modify charts; and use pivot
tables and pivot charts.

Excel - Beginning
Learn how to create, store, retrieve and edit spreadsheets and charts. Learn how easy it can be to format
worksheets and use formulas.

Learn advanced worksheet management as well as how to

Learn how to build, rearrange and format PivotTables. Analyze

Word-Advanced
This advanced level course covers the functions and features
of Word. Learn how to perform a mail merge, create and
modify forms, work with large documents, and create macros.
Also learn how to customize menus and toolbars and work

Microsoft's MOS exam objectives.

Project - Beginning Learn to create a task lists, a Work Breakdown Structure,
and work with task relationships. Create calendars, assign

tracking and managing task progress, resource, and costs and
for sharing information with stakeholders.

Office 2013: New Features
Learn the new online features, including account sign-in,
cloud storage, and online services. In Word, navigate and
review documents, reply to comments, format documents,
align graphics, work with tables, and open PDF files. In Excel,
format data with the Flash Fill and Quick Analysis tools, insert
charts and PivotTables using recommendations, and format a
chart with new tool buttons. In PowerPoint, apply theme variants, match colors with the Eyedropper, create custom shapes,
and rehearse a presentation in Presenter view.

Windows 7 Beginning
Log on to Windows 7 and identify the desktop components,
open and switch between applications, move and resize
windows, work with commands and dialog boxes, and find
information in Windows Help; create and manage folders and
libraries; and create and manage files; customize Windows
Explorer, edit file metadata, customize folders, and search for
computer for specific content; customize the desktop and start
menu; use Windows 7 gadgets; and configure system setting
with the Control Panel; browse the web with Internet Explorer,
use the tabbed browsing feature, search for content on the
Web, customize Internet Explorer; and access multimedia
content on the Web.
PC Basics
Learn the key components of a computer, identify basic
Windows interface elements, use a mouse, and open and
close applications; describe the computing process, identify
storage devices, check the capacity of a hard disk, navigate
in Windows Explorer, and work with folders and files; search
for items on your computer, and use Windows Help; customize your desktop and start menu, use gadgets, and use the
control panel to change system settings; use internet explorer to browse the internet, use the Address bar, History lists;
and clean up and defragment a disk.

Keyboarding A-Z
Use the keyboard with correct posture, and identify the home
keys and their importance in touch-typing; touch-type all the
letter keys; touch-type the letter keys with increasing speed
and accuracy; touch-type capital letters, special characters,
and standard punctuation; touch-type numbers on a numeric
keypad; and develop increasing speed and accuracy, and
calculate words per minute typing speed.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Lean/Six Sigma is the standard for world-class quality based on continuous improvement through
identifying and eliminating waste. Blending classroom instruction, online modules taken at your
convenience and a work project with six hours of coaching, this course is divided into two sections.
Section A is comprised of Lean enterprise and Six Sigma organizational structure, and the elements
of define and measure in the DMAIC process. Section B will cover the analyze, improve, and control
elements of the DMAIC Process with “report outs” of individual workplace improvement projects.
Participants must enroll in both sections A and B. A laptop PC with high speed internet connection is required.
94 hours total. Includes 48 hours classroom, 40 hours online and 6 hours of individual coaching.
