masters and PhD degree from St. Petersburg university of
architecture and Civil
Engineering(Russia), specialized in civil & structural engineering, practicing civil engineer and
member of the following professional associations: Registered Professional Engineer (EBK),
Corporate Member Institution of Engineers of Kenya(IEK), Member of Association of Disaster
Management and Conflict Resolution of Kenya (ADMCRK). Published eighteen publications in
refereed journals and eight publication in conference proceedings
