Master Plan Review Process
Due to the increased plan submittal volume created by the recent implementation of the
new code and the change in plan submittal requirements; our review times for master
plans have increased. We have implemented a process to streamline the review of the
“pre-sold” master plan models. Please submit a copy of the completed internet permit
application, plot plan application, erosion control form, and the master plan summary
sheet attached to the master plan. We will review the plan as a master plan, but stream
line the review much like a custom plan submittal (typically completed in 5-days).
